Aisles blocked by pallets makIng getting past with cart impossible. Had to make multiple trips to carry heavy items to cart.

Mercedes was great at helping checkout at customer service without having to navigate the isles that were very narrow. at the other side of the store

Flo our cashier was so polite and informative. Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the incredibly nice gentleman that helped my husband I pick out our Pawnee mower and weed wackier. He gave us honest recommendations and even wanted me hold the weed wackier to make sure it wasn’t too heavy. We ended us getting the weed wackier that can have multiple ends. We will come back to get the chainsaw for it. I hope he remembers us so he can get the proper kudos for helping us out.

I visit this Home Depot at least once a week for all my handy needs I never have the time that someone doesn't say hello while coming in or have a nice day leaving the best part about here is that if you have a question and that is so she doesn't know the exact place that it's at and then find another associate on the way to come get yours out they always make sure they fill all your needs

Went there to buy some pavers that weee on sale. Saw the price that came up on the register and expressed my concern. I was then lectured by the cashier that he had been doing this for a very long time and knew what he was doing. Not very friendly at all. What a shame

Wanted a dimmer switch, Dylan helped me find the right switch and a less expensive switch, Dylan had a great attitude for a willingness to be helpful and was very helpful.I appreciated his thoughtfulness as it related to his patients in assisting me. I have always had a great experience when shopping at this selected home depot store. I have always been satisfied with item purchased and never had a problem with return items. The salesperson and associates are always available to assist the customer.

It’s a fortunate that at these times there is a shortage of trained staffing in almost every business. I find that I almost always find what I need when I shop at your store. But the lack of personnel makes it more difficult to find items that I am not familiar with. Hopefully you will be able to bring on people who will be willing to stay once hired a ,

I had a very nice experience with the employees in the Hardware department. They made my shopping trip easier and I appreciate the time they took to help.

I'm quite handy but don't know everything, and so it's nice to have a store where the employees know what they are talking about or will get you someone who does. I consistently drive past the competitor's store to come to this Hope Depot as in the long run, it always saves me time and money.

This store is consistently well stocked and the staff is always helpful.

I do shop sometimes here and I would say this place is great place great people working here !

I go to Home Depot for all of my home improvement needs. They always have everything I need and the customer service is exceptional. Have no desire to deal with the "other" home improvement stores.....they are overpriced, understocked, and employees are clueless.

I love shopping at the Home Depot both online and in person. Willow Grove stands out as my favorite due to the employees who work there, always friendly and helpful.

I've been to both the Warrington and WillowGrove Home Depot for a particular need today. The service at both was stellar!

We were assisted with sheet rock purchase by Alex P. in willow grove pa pro desk. He measured and cut perfectly and was so friendly and knowledgeable. Even told us what cart to use to get it to our truck. You don't find employees like him very much and we were assited quickly, and he was just right on point with everything

Has project to do, found all necessary tools and was very satisfied with the help I was provided. Will definitely visit this store again.

The reason the store was given 2 stars is because it was well stocked, neat and clean. The reason I will never visit it again, nor recommend anyone else to shop there is because of poor way that I was treated at checkout by an inefficient casher named Patrick in the lawn & garden section!

fath ers day gift cards brought me to the willow grove home depot the other day and it was a wonderfull experiance a store employee more then helped me find items by telling me which aisle or actually taken me to the right shelf,the store was very clean with shelves stocked,i will be back soon without gift cards,thankyou home depot you nailed it

Walking into Home Depot feeling a little overwhelmed not finding what I needed immediately. Ryan a parking lot associate helped me immediately, he found the items I needed and pushed a flatbed of 15 bags of rock to the register for me, then helped me load my car ! without Ryan I was going to leave Home Depot and wait for my husband! So Thank you Ryan !!

I needed to pick up some 6' x 8' fence panels and they were stacked on a rather high pile. Well MATT showed up and really helped me get the panels I needed loaded ontomy cart. MATT then came out to my van and helped me offload the fence panels into my trailer as well.
