Visited the Carpet Dept after in-house measuring completed. The intent was to complete my carpet install order. I waited 30 minutes for a sales associate to be present in the Department despite 3 other employees attempting to summon help for me. Salesperson had an attitude and provided false information. He doesn't have a clue about the products in his department. I walked out of the store and decided to complete my order via phone with central Home Depot Carpet Representative. Worst experience I've ever had at a Home Depot.

Friendly and helpful staff.

Great shopping experience today. Associates everywhere to help. Store was clean. Associate in garden and customer service really went out of their way to help. Even price matched against the competition. I love shopping HD compared to the other box store.

Bryan took my call regarding an item I had ordered online. (At the time, the Home Depot Customer Service Center was in the process of a system update and were unable to help). Bryan provided exceptional service, direction and information that will be helpful to me going forward. Bryan also assisted me when I went to the customer service desk that same morning. I commend Home Depot in this hire and because of Bryan, I will be glad to return to shop there soon. Thank you

I purchased a washer and dryer at a reasonable price and received excellent customer service.

I came into the store today with some questions about a few appliances that I’m about to purchase soon, David C. was a pleasure to talk to and helped me narrow down exactly what I needed!!! He was also able to point me in the right direction for some other items I needed. I’ll definitely return to see David when I’m ready to purchase.

Home Depot's selection of rugs and customer service is great. We love the Wilmington store.

Ms Vickie is a stellar employee! She worked quickly and diligently to find two specific items I needed. She smiled and had an incredibly possible attitude the entire time 30+ minutes she helped me. The store was very busy but she never gave up and helped other customers along the way.

My transition from Home Depot in Urbandale Iowa has been wonderful

I'd like to recognize the nursery staff at this store for caring enough to keep the plants in good condition, nicely displayed, tidy and watered. For the person I saw Thursday (blonde woman) I apologize for not getting your name, but you were helping a customer by educating her on how to correctly water a dry plant. I did not want to interrupt - but thoroughly enjoyed hearing you take the time to connect with the customer. It's a shame that this is a rare occurrence - but keep up the good work! We notice, we tell others, and we come back to shop.

I purchased a new refrigerator at Wilmington Home Depot. The one I purchased was on sale and Trish helped me with the details. Im so glad I checked as the price was better then I expected.

My visit to the Home Depot off Racine drive couldn’t have been any more pleasant than the one I had. I’m upset with myself because I didn’t get the associate’s name that helped me. She went above and beyond her duties as an employee in helping me with my shopping and I can’t say enough about the outstanding job she did.

The customer service is excellent consistently at this store.
