My new front door loos really good. I finished this project from winder home depot.

I have been going to the Home Depot in Winder for years and would recommend them for all of your Home Improvement needs. They have always provided me with an excellent Customer Service experience. I have Multiple Sclerosis, a stroke, COVID, and recently diagnosed with Cancer, I served in Desert Storm in the United States Army. At a time when, in my opinion Customer Service is at an all time low, Mt. Toni went above and beyond the call of duty. He managed to put a smile on my face at a time when I really don't have much to smile about. So Toni I wanted to take a minute to acknowledge you for your extraordinary approach to exemplifying the true representation of Customer Service.

I have worked retail for over twenty years. My expectations are pretty high when I go into other retail establishments. Today was an awesome moment for me to walk into Home Depot and not only a few employees treated me but one in particular went out of his way. Mark was his name. He was on a ladder getting boxes probably restocking. I looked up and just asked him a question. I told him he could point me in the direction where the item was and insisted that he didn’t have to come down off the ladder. . He gave me an aisle number and I walked away. In less than a minute he was there to help me!! I am absolutely ecstatic to know there r employees out there that care about there customers!!

We needed a few items and were able to quickly get in & out due to the helpful, knowledgeable staff. Rin was the best! He was kind, respectful, eager to answer any question without making us feel dumb for asking. We appreciated his sense of humor and excellent people skills!

I purchased a washer and dryer stackable that simple. And between the representative at the 1-800 number and representatives at the Bethlehem store it was turned into a 5-day nightmare. They separated my order into two separate orders cost me my memorial Day weekend discount by doing so straight at the delivery dates screwed up my account online and screwed up the orders themselves by not ordering all the accessories for the equipment and ride on the phone and told me they were sitting all of this straight. But when I got off the phone and check my account and not any of it was correct and it was just an all-around awful experience for a simple job.

Knew what we wanted in appliances, sales person took very good care of us, and processing out🇺🇸

Bought mulch that was on sale. They had plenty and I didn't need to have an associate find any. Two associates actually helped us load our mulch in the truck which was nice.

All the employees are friendly and helpful

Warped, cracked, unusable boards for decking. Associates need to improve on monitoring inventory and supply shelves with usable products

My wife and I went to the Winder Home Depot to purchase a Japanese Magnolia Tree. The best looking one had the root ball exposed. Due to the location of the trees and the late hour (8:30P) we took our purchase to the Customer Service counter to check out. There were several associates standing with their backs to the registers, eating sandwiches or biscuits. When set the tree on the floor in front of the first register, the guy closest turned and pointed to an other associate standing a register further down, but did not say anything to us. The second associate acknowledged us, and when we asked if there was some dirt we could have to cover the root ball, we were told no, we needed to buy an entire bag of dirt. We have purchased plants from other Home Depots and have always been provided a few handfuls of dirt when needed. Very, very disappointed in our visit to the Winder Home Depot

I really need chains today and was quite short on time but your staff helped me and saved alot of time. I was quite satisfied from them.

There was limited quanty of what I wanted but the staff helped locate it for me!

I found everything perfect and they had very good prices. Employees are great and I will gladly come back

Shout out to the manager Michael, always friendly and helpful! I have noticed that he treats his employees with respect. Also Mary is always pleasant and cheerful, but even more important, she is very knowledgeable and is always kind to the customers.

I bought a Cub Cadet zero turn you associate (Mike Adler) was very helpful and patient with my questioning on mower.

Mike Adler is the best employee at this Home Depot!

We had to go in person to purchase an extended warranty for a dishwasher we bought in Monroe.

Customer service is extremely good and it makes me want to be a lifelong customer

Just had a horrible experience with an exchange. A so called manager by the name of Jason, did this location a disservice. Very Unprofessional and in need of training. Manager should never get loud with a customer. I understand sometimes customers come in frustrated or trying to intimidate staff, but I was cool and calm As a cucumber. I asked for higher management, he directed for me to call the “1-800” number because there wasn’t anyone higher in the store. Very rude and ready-for-conflict mentality.

This store is easy to get in and out of, always clean, employees are always friendly and helpful!

The overall experience at this store was fine. The rental department on the other hand STINKS! Yes, it looked like they were well stocked with a variety of tools but… they will only rent them to you if you are local! Out is state license… keep on driving. Is this crappy policy written anywhere? Posted on line? Shared with customers when they call to inquire about rentals over the phone? NOPE! Avoid this tool rental at all costs if you don’t want shut down. Locals ONLY!

The associates at this store are so much better than other HD's I've been to. They WANT to help and they have knowledge. Each time I've gone they have been stars.

An employee came out from the Hamilton mill store and replace the tire that went flat on our new riding mower. They were very quick to send someone to fix it because we had only had it for two days. Really appreciated his friendliness and quick repair work

Megan has been extremely helpful in assisting us with our kitchen remodel. Would recommend her to anyone.

This Home Depot never disappoints. The staff is always soo friendly and knowledgeable, and the store is always clean! Thank you Home Depot and Home Depot staff!

The employees here are very nice normally and tend to know what they are talking about. Plus they love my service dog.
