I love your stores, but checking yourself out at time can be a bit of a problem. Sometimes there is just not enough help up front to assist all the Customers.

Excellent place to shop helpful employees

The ladies were very patient with me and Mollie in particular was an excellent resource to improve my patio and helped with the online options for gazebos.

Overall I love Home Depot as long as I don’t check out in the garden center, terrible customer service. The front employees are very friendly and helpful.

I had an issue with a gift card so I went to customer service. The cashier who was new was unable to assist so she called, Melanie, CSR Lead /Supervisor for assistance. It took her 12 minutes to come assist after 3 separate conversations and 6 calls. Terrible customer service!

This particular Home Depot, University Pkwy, Winston Salem, NC has the most well-informed, friendly, and helpful employees. They make your shopping experience easy and actually sometimes fun. What your stock supply is in this day and age ($5.00 gal gas) is very important BUT its the employees at this store that give it a 5 Star Solid Gold rating.

Whenever I shop at this store I usually have a good experience. Products are in the same location and store associates have been available to ask questions if needed. Check out goes well and the store is within a good driving distance.

We were looking for stools for our apartment and the branch didn’t have the product at the time but Ronnie went out of his way to look into the online home depot and showed us choices. He was able to place the order too. We appreciate his willingness to go out of his way to find ways just to help us with our purchase. Good job Ronnie!

Staff always helpful and polite. Goes an extra mile

I was looking for 2 sconces and had the pleasure of having Ikea & Topher offer to assist me. We were all having difficulty locating the 2nd sconce, even though HD showed it was in the store. Ikea & Topher went above and beyond to help me locate it. Ikea & Topher were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Home Depot (University Pkwy) stays open until 10 PM on weekdays. If you go after 8:30 PM the store is practically all yours. There are other customers, but in such a big store it feels like you are the only one, no noises, no people bumping into you, ..... peaceful....

Jim Blackwell and Mary Ann helped us from walking thru the front door all the way out the exit. Hooking us up with a pro account on the way since we just recently started our own small business up recently! We can't say enough good about this store and all the employees! We won't go anywhere else from this point on! God bless them all!

I was able to get a Champion dual fuel portable generator before the anticipated big snowstorm due to the store ordering an emergency order and everyone was very helpful and pleasant even though they were very busy

Angelica, the sales rep that checked me out was very rude and unprofessional. I placed an order for pick up yesterday and went to pick it up today, I did not see it where the rest of the pick up orders were so I went up to her and I asked her how much longer will it be? she cut me off and said "it will be ready in a second that's not the only place we keep orders. your order is ready in the back and we will bring it to you back in a second" but with an attitude and her tone of voice was very aggressive and rolling her neck.. she was very unprofessional all I was asking was a simple question, I don't mind waiting at all I understand that they are busy and they probably had a lot of people coming to pick up orders but that attitude that she gave me was uncalled for.

The employees at this store are super amazing….they made my shopping experience a pleasure!

MY HUSBAND AND I WERE WANTING TO REPLACE AN OLD RANGE IN OUR KTICHEN. WE WENT TO ANOTHER HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE PRIOR TO GOING TO THE Home Depot. WE WERE IN THE PREVIOUS STORE FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES AND NO ONE ASKED IF THEY COULD HELP US. WE LEFT AND DROVE TO THE Home Depot STORE. WE WERE ASKED BY ONE OF THE ASSOCIATES IF HE COULD HELP US AND WE TOLD HIM WHAT WE NEEDED AND HE ACCOMPANIED US TO THE AREA OF APPLIANCES AND HE ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND EXPLAINED ORDERING AND DELIVERY TO US AND WE FELT CONFIDENT WE HAD COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE. I LOOK FORWARD TO COOKING ON OUR NEW RANGE SOON! THANK YOU; Home Depot!!!

While Dylan in customer service took a very nonchalant approach in helping me, I found Jared, Moon, and Rudy to be extremely helpful. Those 3 employees went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase.
