The selection of appliances was great, and the prices were in line and on the better end of other stores. I shopped around and found what I needed with the help of their outstanding customer service.

With the help of Hoban I was able to save a considerable amount due to her help. Clean store. Easy to shop in. Great manager and employees.

It is the little things that make a big impact and that is true of my most recent trip to Home Depot. The garden center staff, upon understanding that I was purchasing 20+ bags of mulch, sent me to the cashier to pay, while they loaded up the mulch. I drove around to the side where they met me, confirmed that I had paid for the mulch and loaded up my car! It was so helpful for me and saved my back for the unloading at home! Much appreciated!

This store is also very conveniently located for those of us living in Saint Paul. We went here looking for a replacement shower head and bathroom fan. This store had everything we needed. The service was very friendly. The checker, Harmoniee, first day on the job was friendly and still gave us fast service.

We bought a gas grill and a gas fire pit table. Each item was big, but together they really required some team lifting. Eli and Mason didn’t hesitate in helping us get both items loaded safely and securely in our truck. Thanks!

Amelia in Millwork was great to work with. We were able to get all the details and take care of a special order retractable door that other HD stores weren't aware of the process, etc...

I bought an appliance there the other day and had a flawless experience. From the time I entered the store to the time I left, I was greeted by more than one employee. The salesman was great. The cashier encouraged me to open a credit line that saved me $100. I had not been a Home Depot shopper in the past, but I’m, happy to say I will return to Home Depot.

My experience was great again today, Jessica helped make it so.

I absolutely love this Home Depot store. I think it's absolutely amazing that you can walk in and ask for the most obscure item, and every single employee can tell you what aisle it's in and exactly what side of the aisle and where on the aisle to find it. Specifically, I had no idea what I was even asking for and I explained it to a female and she said "oh you're looking for backer rod". I have no idea what backer rod is but that's exactly what I needed. It's very impressive that every single employee has such an extensive knowledge about the layout of the store and where to find the products. I can't even remember what I had for breakfast much less what or where backer rod is. I always go to Home Depot because of the military discount and I I'm grateful that they care about our military and veterans.

Tom H. Was so helpful setting up and explaining how my ProX card/program works and the great benefits. He also helped me make keys for my property rentals. Amazing guy-thanks Tom!

Drove 2 hours to find a specific tree and they didn't let me down. I called ahead and they were accurate in what they had on stock and was pleased to finally find the tree I was searching for.

I would easily give 5 Stars if only you aren't pressed to do self-checkout. I HATE SELF-CHECKOUT at places like Home Depot & grocery stores. Really ticks me off. I hope I've made that clear. Self check-out at the end ruins the whole store experience. I don't care if they call it progressive.

The old guy with the beard and glasses is very knowledgeable about electrical wiring and was very helpful in answering my questions for an electric garage heater installation. He is a valuable asset to your company!

Drove 30+ miles to Woodbury HD for tile saw. Bought it and opened at home. Found tool to be used and missing accessories.

Shopping at the Woodbury Home Depot is a pleasant experience. The employees are very pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Gio in the lumber department was very helpful and friendly. Was very attentive to all my questions and specifications. Gladly to go back to this Home Depot.

Amelia in the Millwork Department is the bomb. She knows everything and makes ordering millwork easy and fun. Highly recommend using them for doors and windows.

Took over 15 minutes to return one item. Line was long and the employees just walk by without helping.

My experience at the Woodbury store was the worst experience in any retail setting ever. I asked the gentleman in millwork about financing, his reply was I don't know, I'm part time you need to go up to customer service to ask. I did that, they did not know the answer they paged through a pamphlet to look and didn't find the answer. I made a purchase, the financing option did not come up on the register and was not shown on the receipt. The customer service rep didn't care or try to find an answer. I asked for a manager who said "I'll deal with the employees" that I was complaining about with a smirk as if it were funny..it was not. They then claimed to call the Home Depot credit line to confirm the financing was in place. He told me it was. I checked two days later. It was not in place and no such request had been made which led me to believe the manager outright lied to my face. It will be a long time before I set foot in that store again or probably any Home Depot.
