The PRO team is awesome. Steve, Mike, Amanda and Christina are the cream the la cream in costumer service. It is a pleasure shop at this store and have them with a smile in their faces, always willing to help. I'm glad to have this store near me becouse they have the best HD PRO Team in the world.

good customer service, clean, and patient

Generally speaking, I like Home Depot stores and will continue to shop in this and other Home Depot stores, so I'm not trolling them. I have to give two big criticisms -- which are not unique to this store, by the way -- 1) The aisles are WAY too crowded with merchandise and lifts and who knows what else. I'm so sick and tired of having to maneuver around this obstacles -- sometimes having to go to other aisles just to get through to the other side. It is so inconsiderate of the customer; 2) Why... why!... does a store get rid of all the cashier stations and replace them Self-Checkout stations and then proceed to CLOSE HALF THE SELF-CHECK STATIONS!!!!? What the heck is that about? I used to be able to Self-Checkout very quickly. Now, I have to wait in a line!!! C'mon Home Depot! Are you kidding me? You just saved yourself a ton of money by eliminating cashiers (reducing customer service) and then you make it worse by forcing us to wait longer at Self-Checkout. I have to say that it makes me angry every time I go to checkout at this store. The incredible nerve of these people is unbelievable. And by the way, I'm really disappointed in how they have cut back the hours of these stores. I really appreciated being able to come at 9 PM to pick up something urgent for a project I was working on and now... {sigh}

Great service by staff who are patient and knowledge.

Went to home depot for a simple carpet and tile installation the process takes way to long. The problem started at the store. When you go in there if you ask an employee for help it is like you are bothering them. Instead of them being happy to help you. The woman who works at the desk in the tile carpet area is less than helpful. She is very slow when using the computer and is not proficient with it at all. Unless you have 1 1/2 hours to waste waiting to check out then it is fine. The entire process is way to long. They need employees that actually want to help customers. I am done with home depot. I cringe at the thought of stepping foot in the Home Depot in Worcester. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I think the Worcester Home Depot needs training in Customer Service. There is never anyone to help and when you find someone you don't get them to take the time to show you where things are you get the finger pointing in the direction of the item you need. You also need someone who goes right to propane. I have sat there many times waiting and waiting for someone to show up.

the employees in Worcester Home Depot truly care about helping me. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and always offer me help finding the items I'm looking for and need to buy. I thought I knew everyone at Home Depot but yesterday I meet Hector and I was very impressed. Hector showed me a pallet of Tiles for sale and I purchased them and I will come back to buy more. Thank you Worcester HD, your people really stand out compared to the other locations.

I don’t normally write review. Pro desk Michael is huge help every time I am shopping over there. They are all very Friendly and kind. Sometimes I pick up the things Supposed to be delivered and make their life more Difficult. They are not have Any complaint And unhappy. Best Home Depot to shop. !!!!

Great people to deal with very helpful it’s my favorite store

Only 2 out of the 8 new registers open and most times the credit card readers don't work. Even though this is the most convenient store for me I will no longer shop there.

Self check out always sucks

I shop here all the time for all of my home improvement needs because the store employees are always ready to help and the shelves are very well stocked. There are always plenty of cash registers open, with very little wait time.

I needed to buy window shades. First time in 10 years. I knew the type of shade I wanted to purchase. The store associate in the window shade dept was very knowledgeable. The store associate made sure I performed the correct measurement s to make sure I did that correctly and also offered tips to help me correctly measure. I did re-measure the windows and returned to the same associate. The associate pointed out the different shade options, the features and benefits of each option and this helped me to make the decision to buy the shades I needed. I needed to buy 10 shades but I bought 2 to test them out. I installed these 2. After a couple days I went back and bought the rest. The store associate was very helpful.

I’m in the Worcester store on an average 5-7 times a week(at least) I find all the employees to be friendly and helpful. The manager and assistant managers are always available and on the floor working with the employees and the associates. They are very approachable and very helpful. The associates and cashiers are as well. And the pro acct. I use is very helpful. I now don’t have to worry about saving or looking for my receipts.

All Home Depot stores have excellent customer service. I don’t have home repair skills so I did a poor job of explaining what part I needed to find to repair a ceiling light fixture. An exceptional worker named Bobbie from this Gold Star BLVD location in Worcester, MA went to great lengths to understand and solve my problem. If you need help and want to feel like the most important person in the store then just ask if Bobbie is working. She’s the BEST!

An associate named hector was incredibly friendly and attentive, despite the fact that he was moving huge pallets of product around the store. He worked with urgency but still was assistive to customers.

This store always very organized and clean. Best customer service and very knowledgeable.

You need to search for what you are looking for. It is difficult to compare brands and products within a brand because they do not place same brands and similar products next to each other. Good examples are laundry appliances and laundry supply hoses.

I have been a longtime Home Depot customer, however, the service provided by Steve exceeded all expectations! Thank you
