Does the Colonial Heights Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?

Yes, the Colonial Heights store offers in-person Kids Workshops. These in-store events are free and take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am–noon. Registration for kids workshops is now available online and secures your spot at the event. We have a new kit pack every month to keep your little doer engaged. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Any required tools, such as paint, are provided at the workshop. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. Call us or visit our customer service counter to check the availability of the kits.

How do I check the balance of my Home Depot gift card?

Gift cards to The Home Depot are an excellent present during the holiday season or for any occasion. DIYers know they're fun to receive and to give. If you're a recipient, you can check your gift card balance online or visit the Colonial Heights Home Depot and ask a cashier to check the balance for you. Redeem our gift cards for online or in-store shopping, all with no additional fees.

Does The Home Depot Colonial Heights offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with The Home Depot App.

Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when shopping eligible Store Pickup items. We will let you know via text message or email when your order is ready at the store. Bring your valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

Picking up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.
2. Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" text message or email to tell us you're on the way via the app.
3. After you get to the store, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space, which is typically located near the front of the store.
4. Check in through the app to tell us you've arrived.
5. We'll bring out your order and load it into your vehicle.
