Does my local Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?

Yes, the Rialto store does offer in-person Kids Workshops. These free in-store events take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am-noon. Registration for kids workshops is now available online and secures your spot at the event. Keep little doers engaged with a new kit pack for each event. Kits include all necessary craft materials, kit instructions, certificate of achievement, stickers, an apron pin, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Any required tools, such as paint, are provided at the workshop. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. Visit our customer service counter or call us to check the availability of the kits.

How do I check the balance of my Home Depot gift card?

Home Depot gift cards are a popular choice for birthdays, housewarming parties, and the holidays. DIYers know they're fun to receive and to give. If you're a recipient, you can visit your local Home Depot store and ask a cashier to check the balance for you or check your gift card balance online. Does The Home Depot Rialto offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. using The Home Depot App.

Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when you shop eligible Store Pickup items. We'll let you know via text message or email when your order is ready at the store. Bring your valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

To pick up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.
2. Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" text message or email to tell us in the app that you're on the way.
3. After you arrive, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space, which is usually located near the front of the store.
4. Check in through the app to tell us you're here.

"Poor Treatment by Manager Yolanda at Home Depot Rialto, California"
Dear Customer Service Care Team, I am writing this letter to bring to your attention the unpleasant experience I had at your Rialto, California store located at 1451 West Foothill Blvd. The reason for my visit was to ask for change for a $100 bill at the customer service desk. However, the behavior and attitude of Manager Yolanda towards me during the transaction were completely unacceptable. Yolanda informed me that I would have to make a purchase to receive the change, which I agreed to. However, while she was giving me the change, she treated me in a condescending and degrading manner. When I requested to see the bills before receiving them, she refused, which was quite suspicious. Furthermore, when I asked to speak to a manager, Yolanda rudely declined, and she made me feel insignificant. Yolanda's tone made me feel humiliated, and I couldn't shake the feeling of being unwelcome in a community place like Home Depot. I spend thousands of dollars annually at your store, and I never expected to be treated in such an undignified manner. Her unwillingness to provide me with basic customer service was outrageous, and her behavior was the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back. I eventually spoke with Hector, who provided excellent customer service and apologized for Yolanda's behavior. Nevertheless, Yolanda's unprofessionalism had already caused me enough distress, and I left the store feeling belittled and insulted. The fact that she even threatened to cancel the transaction was disrespectful, and it made me question Home Depot's commitment to providing high-quality customer service. I am sending this complaint to the corporate office because I want to express my humiliation at Yolanda's unwillingness to serve me. I urge you to take appropriate action and ensure that Yolanda is held accountable for her actions. Her behavior towards me was unacceptable, and I believe that it warrants disciplinary action or even termination. In conclusion, I hope that you will address this issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure that no other customer has to endure the same experience.     Michelle in returns needs more training
    Michelle in returns needs more training in customer service and needs to learn how to look up a transaction on a Home Depot credit card wasn’t helpful and very unprofessional I request to look up my two previous receipts and she denied to do so. I left and returned with my original receipt and still only got credit for 3 pallet bags not the 4 .if homedepot has a app and a system that records all transactions why would you denied the service?I’ll be shopping some place else

            Customer Service that's hard to beat!
            The service at this Home Depot is the polar opposite of most of the stores I've been to in this area. The personnel here go out of their was to be helpful, finding you the products that you need. I've never been ignored as a customer at this Home Depot, as happens at many stores in this area, even though this 30 year Army retired soldier gets ignored in many other stores. This is a store that I do source many of the products I need for building high end, audiophile grade speakers. I would recommend this store to anyone.

              we are purchasing alot of stuff for refurbishing a home and TJ in customer service helped us out and everything was ordered correctly. All the staff we have worked with have been so nice and helpful.

                Michelle in customer service is the best!
                Michelle was able to help resolve a headache of a return. If I ever have to return to the customer service desk I hope she is the one I run into! She had a calm and patient demeanor while I was admittedly being a bit of a headache. I can't thank her enough for her help!
