I had a really great experience at this store -- from the same-day pickup of an online order, to the friendly staff who helped in selecting the right submersible pump and shop vac. The store manager went above and beyond, having the foresight to put in an emergency order for flooding-related supplies in anticipation of weather-related household flooding from the record-setting snowfall, snowmelt and rain we were experiencing. (Rochester's home-improvement stores all ran out of similar supplies, so we were especially thankful to have the Albert Lea store fully stocked. It was definitely worth the drive.)

Cheryl is always pleasant when I have gone through her register, and she always asks how I'm doing. I usually find what I'm looking for, however at times the products are in disarray so I have had to dig to find what I need.

Lots of capable employees and changes from when this store opened. We were helped by several friendly, knowledgeable people who made our shopping day fun. Store was well stocked and clean. We found everything we were looking for.
