This Home Depot store has so much improved in the last couple of years as far as customer service and being able to find an employee to help when needed. This Home Depot store is very convenient for me and I almost always find whatever it is I'm looking for.

I find this store carries good product. I would however say that wood used to make oak cabinets need more to offer. I live about 3/4of a mile from your store. I am going to need to drive to Rancho Cordova to purchase the hardwood I need to build my cabinet. I would go to a Home Depot, but now that I need to travel that far, I will go to a specialy hardwood store. I don't like making unnecessary trips all over looking for product I need.

The return counter staff, Lilly especially, were extremely helpful and understanding. She volunteered to personally tape up a big bag of batteries that I had brought in for recycling (for fire safety reasons). She also cheerfully helped me with the return/exchange of a two-month old defective string trimmer, and when my model was out of stock, the manager offered me a free $20.00 upgrade to a better model without me even having to ask. Well done, everyone! I'll recommend this store to everyone I know.

For general materials and midrange tools and equipment, Home Depot is an obvious place to start looking. For specialty items and high end equipment It isn't, but I don't expect it to be. I go to specialty shops for those items. I always find the store clean, though finding products can sometimes be a little difficult, with some items shelved at a distance from similar items. My worst experiences are when a go to my nearby Home Depot for a commonly used item (by builders and contractors) only to find you don't carry it at all. All in all, though, stocking is first rate for common items. employees always are as helpful as they can be. Yesterday it was James W. and Kendrick who checked me out efficiently and helped me load purchases into my car.

The store is clean and the people who work there are more than helpful. They are friendly and knowledgeable and you will feel well taken care of by the time you leave the store. It was a great experience and would recommend everyone go to this location over any other. When you are there, seek out Larry in yard equipment, as he is a HUGE help and EXTREMELY knowledgeable.

This store is my favorite mostly because it is close to home but it also almost always has what i need. they do run out from time to time and I will have to go to another store but this is rare. Easy access to the store from the street and friendly people. Just great all around.

Exceeding my expectations of quality service, the staff members, and store quality in general is amazing! The prices are great, and the products are displayed and organized well. This helps us customers find things with ease. Additionally, the staff members go out of their way to help customers find exactly what they need. When I went to this store, the staff member that assisted me immediately researched my topic, and carried my supplies to check out! Keep up the good work team!
