Ashland site is very clean and staff are great. I think I was asked 7 times if I needed help.

Everyone greeted me with kindness and outstanding information on my products I didn't know about. 10/10 would shop here again.

This location is convenient for me. It is a typical Home Depot.

Tisha is amazing at her job. She has nailed customer service. All the other staff was very helpful as well, but Tisha went above and beyond.

was lookimg for curtain rods a certain type and in different sizes and you had them other stores had 1 size but not both sizes i needed

Looking for assistance I asked the first employee (Teresa) instead of helping me she sent me to the aisle. Then later I went to look for help and I hear her tell a elderly gentleman “I don’t know what you are looking for. I can’t help you.” And walk off. So I ask for assistance she looks but I did not feel like I should give up. So I asked another employee who was very willing to help and only then did I get good service. When I called the store to speak to a manager and find out Teresa is the manager and was so rude to the elderly man and could not help customers I was not a happy customer.

Working on gas dryer purchase. Great assistance from Kim Clark, Steve Conrad, his boss Bill C. Tracy out of GA to get my credit quickly back to me after my return.

Will definitely shop there again!

We are always remodeling updating or needing some thing for the two houses that we own! I love this Home Depot it’s always clean and organized! The associates are very helpful! From finding a tiny screw to fit some thing or a large piece of wood needing cut they are always there and willing to help

Nick did not at all mind loading my heavy mortar bags into my car, and even set them down lightly in my trunk so as not to create dust. Thank you Nick!

Everytime my husband and I are in this store, we are greeted and helped beyond expectations to make sure we always leave with what we need.

Tena in electrical and Garet in appliances are the best employees we have worked with so far in home needs. We have used Garet for all our major appliances and he always goes above and beyond to give you the best deals with great products. Tena helped with all my light fixtures for our house, she answered all my questions, told me about pros and cons for each product and helped me pick out the best lighting for us at great prices. She also went above and beyond with getting me shopping carts, and taking them up to the register for me.

I am buying a home for the first time and was buying paint. I did not know what kind to get and the employee was very helpful in explaining the different types and what would work best for the areas I was going to paint.

I highly recommend coming to this Home Depot as opposed to any other Home Depot in the area. Staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. Consistently friendly throughout the entire store. Makes you feel welcome. The fact that they actually help you, even go out of the way to help.
