For he most part an excellent home improvement shopping experience. We live almost 100 miles from the store and the trips to this Auburn store have been worth the drive.

The store is clean, the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. In fact, there are a select few from different departments that we look for when we need help because they were so helpful in the past and really gave us good advice on our DIY projects.

Best prices for the air conditioner that I was looking for. I was greeted as I entered the store by Tyler. Great employee. This guy is a keeper with his superb customer service. Told me right where to find what I was looking for. Then as I was taking my purchase to the front I was greeted by Rol. She was very nice and offered to ring me up with no wait. Top notch service. You guys at HD are great I love you guys.keep up the awesome work

The service at the Auburn Home Depot was excellent. The three employees I worked with were all very knowledgeable and friendly. The woman in the lighting department got the product I had found online quickly. She emptied a box for my products and offered to get me a cart. The woman in flooring was unable to find the product I had found online but was helpful and friendly. Not sure why the flooring I found online was not available. The woman at the check out was very good at moving the line along. She was friendly and smiled even when a customer was somewhat difficult.

I really appreciate the excellent customer service I always receive at this store. I can always find an employee when I need them and everyone is always friendly. The employees generally seem happy to be working. Our cashier, Alia was very helpful. She mentioned it was her second day. I would never have known it. She did an excellent job and fit right in with the other staff.

The Auburn Home Depot is a great place to shop. I have interacted with multiple employees there and have been impressed by all of them. They are all very knowledgeable and know where everything is.

The store was clean, items were easy to find and the store associates are always friendly and helpful when I have questions of where to find something or need assistance in determining exactly what I need for the project I want to do. I have never been ignored in Home Depot in Auburn but have been ignored in other home improvement stores that were not Home Depot.

This is a great store with excellent employees, clean and good deals. Kevin helped us with several items we needed. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable and patient. We will go back because of him.

This store is always clean and never has any bad smells like some other stores. Employees dress casual, jeans and normal clothing, makes me feel at home. Parking lot is well kept as well.

This store is always neat & clean, well staffed with knowledgeable friendly associates, and a pleasure to shop.

CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS DEFINITELY IMPROVED IN THE AUBURN STORE. I APPRECIATED ALL THE TIMELY AND HELPFUL EMPLOYEES THAT STEERED ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION TODAY.

The Auburn store is convenient. We also go to the Augusta and the Topsham Home Depot quiet often. We were so happy when you opened the Juneau Alaska Home Depot

Great store with many knowledgeable employees. I think Home Depot pays their people a little more than that "other" store and it shows.

Mike brooks in the hardware department is extremely knowledgeable about all Home Depot departments. I look for him whenever I go there because he will take me where I need to go and make sure someone from the correct department I've available to assist me. Love this store.

Everyone's friendly and they all know their departments That to me makes a store worth shopping in !!

The store was clean! The associates treated us as though we were a guests coming to their home. They talked to us as we shopped, made us feel welcomed and that they were just there for us. We could not have asked for a nicer experience. Even the cashier was sweet and engaging. We like this kind of service.

I can't say enough about the employees there , how helpful they are and how I'm treated . The store is always very clean and well organized .The employees are very knowledgeable and always there to help Put it this way , when you walk out of a store feeling like you did something good when you didn't do anything it was the employee that helped you that makes you want to come back. Home Depot should be very proud of the Auburn Store .

The Home Depot in Auburn is my favorite place to shop.

I made and online order. One of the items was not available at this location.an employee (I think she said it was Dave) drove to another location to pick up my item. Customer service called to notify me of the delay of one day and Dave went on his own time to pick up my item. Customer service called me the next day when my order was ready for pick up. Way to go Home Depot Auburn!! Thank you Dave!!!

CLEAN AND READY FOR BLACK FRIDAY

I couldn't believe how clean and helpful the employers were. They had so much going on setting up for black Friday and they were like Santa's elves . Every one of them were in good moods and laughing and joking with each other. It must be a nice place to work.
