It was great that you had 3 customer return cashiers; most stores only have one. So, then there is a long line. So....NO long line at Home Depot today.

The store associate that pulled my online pick up was very nice and made sure I was assisted promptly when I was waiting in line. The store is always clean and free of clutter.

Associates are horrible. Long lines at pickup, and they never bring your order out quickly on curbside. What a joke.

This store is awesome !! Store is clean and all the employees were so helpful. Special thank you to Robert,Josh, and Andrew this Management team went over and beyond to help me with my purchase of a New refrigerator. My 1st big appliance purchase from Home Depot was almost a nightmare due to the 3rd party Co.( Temco) that delivers. But Robert, Josh and Andrew cleaned up that mess, by working as a team and treating me with respect, Empathy and concern. They even went as far as lending me a refrigerator when I didn’t have one, I really appreciate all the time and effort these guys put into helping with my purchase. And because of them I will continue to shop and recommend Baldwin Park Home Depot. thank you all so very much !! I wish you all the best and hope you get Recognized for all the hard work you do!!!! Great employee assistance. Assisted me in finding everything I needed for a new water heater. All associates were patient, helpful and kind.

I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service at this location. My husband and I asked for assistance twice, both times were told that they would send someone and the help never came, yet several of their staff were just standing around laughing with one another. The representative at the customer service desk even made a smart aleck comment to my husband. The associates were not friendly nor helpful.

I had a question regarding plumbing and Miguel who works in that department did not help at all when i asked him instead he replied with an i don’t know and walked away from me with unfriendly attitude. I hope customer service can improve in the future

Employees are unaware of leadership with in the store. Young associates are having a good time while older associates are working hard stocking shelves and cleaning isles. Young associates walk right by you trying to not make eye contact and when you do and you ask for help they look bothered, or quickly try to push you off to someone else. When I finally received help in pluming the person helping me had no idea on any question I asked. I had to google the answer. At most other Home Depots (Monrovia & El Monte) the associates know the products on the shelf, and even give you tips or point you to the right direction, but here all I got from the person helping me was "I don't know, this is the first time I've heard of this." I was asking about the Descale/Anti Scale Water Conditioners system you sell.
