The Home Depot #2414 in Bangor is a most excellent place to purchase all of your hardware needs. They have a wide variety of all things to make your shopping experience a pleasant one. From plumbing to electrical, from building materials to power tools and home appliances to gardening essentials The Bangor Home depot has it all and at very competitive pricing.

I went shopping for flowers for Memorial Day and was totally satisfied in the selection and quality of the flowers I purchased. Home Depot does not disappoint. The cashiers in the outdoor garden area are very friendly and knowledgeable.

My son and I were looking for air conditioners and fans. A very nice man, Ryan, who was running a floor cleaner, stopped his machine and asked if we needed help. He pointed the area of the air conditioners and asked if we needed assistance. I did. He shut off his machine, and parked it out of the way of customers and got us someone who assisted us. Ryan was so helpful and kind. He is one reason I will return to your store over and over. Because of his kindness, I agreed to apply for a new HD credit card and will use it at the Bangor store. I do wish to add that your store in Bangor is extremely clean and neat. Thank you Ryan and HD.

Store personal were friendly and very helpful, There was never a long wait for help and I was able to wrap up my shopping needs in less time than I expected.

Sara in the paint department was outstanding - super helpful as we are looking at multiple paint projects in our home. She recommended a brand and finish and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome, very surprised at the ease/great coverage of the product she recommended.

Excellent cashier by the name of Callie, she was professional and courteous. Also Mike, he was helpful and pleasant. There was another gentleman that was helpful I can’t recall his name. I found the products I needed. The store was and is always clean.

of all the Home Depots in the area travel another 45 minutes to get one with workers who care! Customer service is poor at best with bored and flippant attitudes! When you can find an associate that is!

The employees at the Bangor Home Depot are extremely helpful and kind. We just recently moved to the area and have made several trips to the store and all of our trips have been successful. They go above and beyond to help you !

Randy in flooring department was wonderful! I was looking for a laminate type flooring and he showed me different styles and explained the options. Loaded the cart, did the check out, and even loaded the vehicle!

Except for the one bad apple we encountered today, we have found over the years this Home Depot has treated us very well, has been very accommodationg and fair, and it has been a pleasure to shop at Home Depot first, for most anything we need. Staff at this store always makes us feel so comfortable, we are glad we stopped here first. The only exception was the snotty jerk we ran into today and we know it is a real anomaly. Others without the same as our frequent visits may get a very wrong misintrepretation from that one guy. We hppe others don't and this guy is not around to offend them.

Great store and people that work there. I love this place. I found great deals and the store was very well stocked and clean. I know quite a few of the employees by name and could find everything I was looking for

Employees were polite and helpful but hard to find. Waited 40 minutes to get assistance to get furnace loaded onto vehicle. Bought expensive doors and had them delivered to Bangor store. Paid for delivery to Alexander, Me. The doors never showed up and they did not even schedule them for delivery after I paid for delivery and was told that Monday I would get the doors. Doors delivered three days late but cost of delivery was credited back to me.

My husband and I went to purchase an entrance door for our new home we are building and Ben was very kind and helpful. We saw a banner with a finished door that we loved and he helped us replicate the same look. We left the store happy and excited!

Dirty, damaged goods on the shelves and a lack of carts and customer service contributed to a very negative experience. I left to go to a another retailer that has higher standards!!

Out standing! Everyone was very helpful and very polite. Employees go out of their way to help. One employee was shopping at the Bangor store on his day off, and asked if I needed any help. I said yes and he was very helpful and I was able to get everything I needed for my hunting trip up North deep in the North Maine/ Quebec Woods.
