I have never received customer service at any time, at any location, at any store, that rivals the service I received today. I was looking for a working platform for my wife who does macrame. I didn't specifically know what I was looking for but, fortunately, I met Big Ed. He didn't just direct me to a particular department. He invented and built a weaving/macrame stand on the spot. My wife was thrilled, and I was amazed and delighted. Thanks Big Ed and Home Depot Petoskey!

Best prices and very friendly employees, even will take the time to talk to you and listen what project you are doing. Karon a cashier is always friendly and happy and goes out of her way to help you. I really like the specials they have in the isles that have the great prices and sales.

Hey, we all need to work long hours to make ends meet these days. It is nice to get a real genuine feeling interacting with the people at this home depot location.

I think it is ridiculous that the customer has to walk from one end of the store to the other when making an order pick up or return because your stupid registers can't communicate with each other? Or they don't have "return buttons" on them. Do I work for Home Depot? I've got to do your leg work? I don't think so!

My husband and I went to petoskey home depot..we were looking for up right freezers..we were greeted from all areas very nice..some staff talked to us on the freezer..I saw sale sticker.i was sold..I called the store a week later asked if they were still on sale and when it ends..Jan 2 ...I had to get them now or I would miss out...we lost our house to a fire in aug..so she helped me order and she sat me up on a delivery date .so the freezers will come after our house is ready. She asked me ? S..I never thought to ask ..it was truly perfect..thank you ..K .P..

Need more help in store, it's pretty bad when the customer has to go looking for someone to help them. Should not have to go looking for someone to help. Once you get someone to help you they are very friendly and helpful.

Shannon the associate who assisted me in changing a delivery order was extremely courteous and very helpful. She made a very pleasant experience, I will not hesitate to shop here again!

the lady in paint dept did a great job color matching paint to a LID from a spray can

The employees are generally very nice and very helpful. Larry is the window man! Dave is always there with a genuine greeting and an honest smile. David in lawn and garden is extremely friendly and is willing to help in every way he possibly can. These are just a few examples of the nice people in the Petoskey home depot and there are many more.
