I have to wait till Christmas to open up my new DeWalt 20V Drill.

Upon entering the store; I asked directions for ordering windows and was quickly on my way where Dee assisted me with my order. Knowledgeable and courteous. Will be back.

The store was clean and everyone was super friendly and helpful, I will definitely be coming back to shop at this location.

The prices are better compared to their competitors in the area. If you want good, quality, and various colors of paint try BHER (love it).

Erica in flooring has great customer service and is always willing to help, even if it takes 2 months on me deciding which flooring I want. She helped me each time throughout the process. The customer service is very good at this store.

Simone great help at Pro desk helping me place large order getting ship to job site.

Had the RUDEST dept. manager in will call - he was horrible & if he were MY employee, he'd been FIRED on the spot! Spent over 1/2 hour trying to pay for 95 tiles @ .49. Cashier tried to charge me just under $600 for $46 worth of tiles!! Then $8,000+, then told me I HAD to buy an extra box. Even when I showed the cashier "here it is (the sign above stack of tiles) it says 49 cents per sq ft TWICE over tiles, she insisted "but the real price is $7.35". I have no idea how this person got hired. I gave her my phone number 4 times & had to SPELL my contractor's name (Fernando) four times because she had to keep starting over in computer instead of backing up on wrong prices. FINALLY I came back when the hateful dept manager was away & had the only qualified person in dept. ring me up & call the manager for me to speak to. That lady was very helpful. The other two in that department.....honestly, they were idiots.

The store does not have enough staff to be available to the customer that needs help, the merchandise is in the aisles, like they don't have a night crew to restock or something. Several of the employees that I have encountered were not knowledgeable about the products or the location. They do not have someone to help you load, It is almost impossible to locate anyone, at any given time to assist you in finding something. there are a couple of bright spots, the ladies in the paint dept are excellent, and the cashier by the contractors exit is a professional.

store employees are useless if you need any help

Your employee, Simone, at the help desk is such a wonderful asset to your company. We are a property management company that has contractors call for approval on purchases and Simon is always a ray of sunshine mixed with a competent professionalism not all your other employees have. Every day she calls us to get the credit card number and approval for whichever contractor is there buying supplies she just makes me smile. Better hang on to this one and consider a pay raise. Keep her happy, you don't want to lose her!

Vikie in the paint department helped me pick out the paint for the rooms in my house. I was very particular about the colors and she displayed extreme patience with me. I was given her undivided attention to pick the perfect mix of colors. She also used several unique ways and tools to help me choose the colors and visualize the color. I appreciate her and her time and opinion. She also helped me choose the perfect blue for my front door. She is awesome at her job and look for her at each visit to Home Depot. Thank you, Vickie. Your kindness and excellent customer is much appreciated!

A well stocked store with professional staff greeting and assisting customers. I feel bad about not remembering the names of the staff assisting me in my encounter. Believe me all that I came in contact with (4) were a credit to your Company. Respectfully, Dennis M. Allen

The item that I was looking for for readily available in the department which I was searching

Omgoodness!! Went in store to price a smoker and grill, but employees did not acknowledge us or ask if we needed assistance (except Ms. Becky in garden)! They literally ignored us! These people kept walking by within arms length and would not stop! After stopping a guy (Gavin) who also did not acknowledge me, I let him know I needed help. He told me he was going to get someone else to help (while he was looking at something in his hand). No one came. I stood on that isle for a while. After asking another employee for a cart (I did not see any available), I was told to go outside and get one. Wow! As an employee myself, if I see that a customer will need something, I give world-class customer service and get it for them. Especially when you are not busy. Lazy employees... I was walking out of that store without a purchase and they would not have cared. That is why their sales are low. If you give great customer service, customers would give you business! On my way out, I did go back to the one person who did acknowledge us (Ms. Becky) and asked for a manager, but the manager was busy. I told her what happened while trying to shop and she apologized for everyone else. Thank you Ms. Becky for being empathetic and helping us. YOU should be the store manager!

The management and employees are rude. The store is crowded with inventory that has not been put away. It’s also very dirty.

Friendly associates willing to help, always have products we need in stock for our remodeling projects, love the garden center

I needed to purchase and have a storm door installed at my second resident, which is 5 1/2 hrs away from where my primary residence is at. with the help of Dometri in doors and windows, I was successfully able to talk to her and explain my situation to her, and she it took from there. with her help, this has been rewarding to me, knowing there are employees, such as " D " still working out there in this country of ours. Many thanks go out to her and her help.

fails to honor veteran's discounts

Paid on full on june 29,2018 for an order of a washer and dryer. Have been run in a circle by home depot and its contract delivery people. No delivery on promised date July 7.I have been rescheduled 3 times.. and still no appliances. Been offered no help or resolution. Not to mention missed time from work waiting on this delivery that never arrived.

THEY HAVEA FERITY OF PRODUCTS, BUT YOU MAY HAVE TO SUBSTUTE TO FINISH A PROJECT, THEY FAILED TO HAVE LIKE PARTS ON SO FAR TWO PROJECTS I HAVE DONE, TOO FAR TO DRIVE AND NOT GET WHAT YOU WANTED,

The store is clean and organized. Some times on the web site an idem is shone to be on the shelf but it is not there. I like the computer hand units the employees use to locate idem's that I can not find myself. Most of the employees are friendly and know where everything is in the store. Could use a few more employees on the floor. The temperature in the store is a little warm for me.

The store is well stocked. The only complaint that I had is sometimes when I come in one or more areas of the store are blocked off in a certain area (and of course it is the area I need to get to and the wait can be rather long)

The store is very neat and attractive, and I'm always able to find my items at a reasonable price or on sale. The customer friendly staff go out of their way to assist with merchandise selection. I enjoy my shopping experience at Home Depot..Kudos to you!!

Although my time here is limited due to other contracts, the overall experience was great.

I have had some terrible experiences with this store, particularly with deliveries. All i got was apologies from the department manager to the store manager, but no one fixed the problem. It was so bad I wrote the corporate office. Things are much better now with the new store manager. No matter about the rest of the store. The paint department is the best around. If you need paint, go to Home Depot in Beaumont. You will get quality paints, and excellent service. Our current project is taking much more paint than anticipated, so I have made several trips to Home Depot for paint this week. Each and every stop at their paint department has been a good experience. Thank you Home Depot for your excellent paint department.
