Associates first rate!

The associates at the customer service and paint desk were extremely friendly and helpful. We live 30 minutes away and went to Bloomsburg PA store to buy more custom mixed paint. We had forgotten the paint can lid. So we thought we would have to go home to get it. But the paint associate was able to look up our past order by using our phone number and saved us an hours drive. Great service - Thanks Home Depot!

The store is always neat and clean even the bathrooms. Employees are very friendly, and always go above and beyond to help. Selection is very good and so are the prices. I usually find everything I need which is great. One stop shop!

It's a good store. But this last time I received bad service on a incorrect price item. Was buying knee pads on sale for $20, reg $35. Came up regular price. Told cashier where I picked them up and price. She called back to flooring. Told me they were $35. I think they just looked up in computer. I told here, as did my girlfriend, they were $20 that it wasn't her fault just the person in flooring being lazy and not going to look at the box, which had a picture of the knee pads that I was in my hands and the price. My girlfriend went back and took a pic of it for future proof. I just wanted to get out of there cause I was getting upset. Lesson learned: take a picture of your stuff to avoid this

I had been working on a home project and wasn't quite sure what it was that I needed to accomplish a certain task. At Home Depot I was greeted immediately in the department I was shopping in and was given advice and recommendations that were of great help to me. It helped me to understand a little bit better what I needed and why I needed it. My experience at Home Depot was excellent especially after having spent much time in a competitor's store where I wondered the aisles looking for assistance and was not able to locate anyone at all.

I live 30 minutes from this store. I’m very close to a competitor in Hazleton but hate to shop there. I bought an item online last night. It showed a qty of 1. No other store had stock. This morning an associate called to explain they did not have this item but upgraded me to a much better model they had in stock and then honored the sale price. I picked it up tonight and was extremely impressed with the cleanliness and organization the store was. This is a perfect example of a business well run by great management. This was my second purchase and plan to make this my regular stop from now on.

Been in several Home Depot’s but this Bloomsburg is above my expectations Everyone is always willing to help you everyone greeters you. Most pleasant award goes to Carol she’s a cashier. Most knowledgeable goes to Tony in electrical and one person that I see sometimes everywhere and knows where everything is the that store is Bob Jacob. I believe he said his name was. Thank you for having a staff that is so over the top. Everyone is great!

I would just like to thank the employees at the Bloomsburg Home Depot for ALWAYS being so helpful! We have shopped in just about every department and are grateful for all the attention and assistance we receive. The store is always clean and bright, and the employees are super! We spent many hours of research and comparison shopping online before going into the Bloomsburg, PA Home Depot. We were thrilled that our salesperson, Bozena Myszczynski was exceptionally knowledgeable about the major appliances we purchased. Even my husband was impressed, and that is saying a lot! Home Depot is typically our go to store for home products, but this visit really convinced us that we made the right choice today.

We purchased flooring for two bathrooms which we were told was in stock; it wasn't. I called to speak to a manager who told me he would call right back. (crickets) Two days later I called back. After we complained we were told the flooring was indeed in stock. Honestly, I could continue with a host of things that went wrong but bottom line is we won't be shopping at Home Depot anywhere in the foreseeable future.

I always receive friendly and knowledgeable help when I shop here. I love Ryobi tools, especially the 18 volt line. I generally find everything I need to complete a project. My wife and I started to remodel our kitchen but we weren’t finished yet when we got the call to pay our adoption lawyer their fees so we could adopt our little boy. Unfortunately, we were only able to get half of the Tumbled Roca in-stock countertops. When we returned to complete our temporary kitchen remodel to our dismay they changed the in-stock countertop colors and the closest store was an hour and a half away. They do not do inter store transfers any more and wanted $80 delivery fees for a $69 countertop. I guess I’ll have to throw out what we purchased and buy sheet laminate and make my own countertops now. Did not want to have to spend a lot of money on this temporary kitchen remodel. Not a happy camper.

Went to look at lights around 8 AM. No lights were turned on in the entire lighting department. I was told the lights wouldn't be turned on until 9 AM. Lowes had theres turned on!!!
