Generally pretty easy to get what you need &/or find someone to assist you. I've been on several occasions with a variety of projects where they have been able to help me improve my game plan for building/creating it as well as save money on it.

I received very good assistance in three departments, the paint dept., tool rental, and the flooring area. All associates were available, friendly and gave me the time I needed.

The store was clean and everyone was friendly. I was impressed that an employee stopped what he was doing to help me find the right light bulb.

Easy and fun shopping time in the store. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Paul in lighting was very familiar with the different choices in ceiling fans and helped me find the right one for my needs.

Easy online ordering for products not offered in the store along with easy pick-up. I'm able to get unique products at an affordable price!! Makes it easy and fun to make updates/changes around the house.

This location was extremely helpful. Had excellent service from the moment I walked in (but it wasn't overwhelming). Everyone was extremely friendly and super helpful. Anytime I need home improvement or gardening, this Home Depot is my first choice.

If you want super service from a friendly, professional associate, go see Haily in the Garden dept.

Cass and her team were amazing in housewares upstairs. They know the products, the current deals, and how to best serve each customer by asking questions of our needs.

Every employee in this store was helpful and courteous!

I only recommend it because it is conveniently located. Clearly the Boulder public patronizes the store so much that the staff and inventory cannot keep up. Some staff are very friendly but are helpless in the face of a store that needs more inventory and staff.

I am planning a kitchen remodel. Deanne is very knowledgeable and good at her job.

I used to go to a small boutique garden shop to get expert advice. Debra (Deborah? Not sure of the spelling) in Garden at the Boulder Home Depot changed all that. She is SO knowledgeable, and so friendly. She has energy for the 12 of us. Her gardening advice has improved our garden so much. (The right soil, the right seed, and so on.) We're pretty good gardeners. But we rely on pros like Debra when we hit tough spots. She's as good as it gets. Boulder Home Depot. Check it out. Seriosuly

After picking out carpet, Tony was very helpful as he had to move products in back then switch forklift tool to get carpet out of back and on to rollers to be cut. It took 2 hours for all this to happen with his many interruptions, but he was friendly and got the job done. His expertise was exceptional and even though it took awhile we had a nice experience.

Staff was very helpful, managed to find out the tools I needed to build a toolkit.

This store was incredibly busy, yet I was helped by 4 different employees. What is really important to me is to be left alone when just browsing but helped when in need and the employees at this store seemed to just have a way of sensing which was which.

I prefer HD over that other big box place, and this store in particular has consistently been helpful and easy to get what I need!

My most recent visit was just what I expect when I walk through the Boulder, HD doors. Respectful, courteous staff willing to assist. My visit was a complete success because of the employee's knowledge.

I shop Lowes and HD all over Denver and each store is special in their own way. Boulder HD has a lot of store associates who have professional experience outside of their store area: electricians, plumbers, etc.

This store has been an integral part of a bathroom redo. Thanks to the helpful associates in bath, paint, and tool sections.

Deborah in garden is a master gardener, and she is really great at offering solutions to tricky problems. She's efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I'll be back here for all my garden needs this year. In the past, I've sought "boutique" garden shops for solid information. It's good to knwo I can get this at Home Depot. Thanks, Deborah!
