The storecwas very clear but your employees not too friendly

The cashier Lina was very rude and unprofessional and very judgmental. If you work in customer service you should not make your customers feel uncomfortable and argue with your coworkers in front of customers. You should be helpful and not have such a bad attitude towards your customers or even your coworkers. My company will no longer be shopping at this location.

Store was clean and organized plenty of check stands open and employees offering to help love when they do that I got help from Christina and Stephanie very nice ladies.You can tell they love doing their job.Keep up the good work!!

Most of the time we have been pleased shopping at this particular store, but we have not had help twice, even after having it announced on the loud speaker. We love the Home Depot's prices and the great value for the price. We have multiple stores in the Coastal Bend area, and have gone to other stores, but not all stores have the same items. This store is less than a mile from my home and has been our favorite for years.

Horrible horrible 'customer service'. Cashier was rude and claimed I could not receive a veterans discount unless I had a document 'from the United States' stating I was eligible. I have received the discount from the other two Home Depots in town with my Veteran tag on my drivers license. Even though this one is closest to my work location, I will make sure to use either one of the other stores in the future.

The store is a big plus for me whenever I need things to replace at home or repair parts for lawn care equipment. It is conveniently located so that I can drive over and get my things.

I like the store because it is close to my house and the M-Sat early morning hours. Clean store and helpful employees. Plenty of products on the shelves and good store pricing. Found my item with help from the associate in the area.

Service extremely slow. Knowledgeable store associates are few and far in between. Most people just walk around the floor. When they say they will find someone to come help, no one ever showed up. Between Ohio and Texas, this is the worst Home Depot store I have even shopped at. I highly recommend trying Lowe's in Aransas Pass.

The store is very clean . The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The products are always easy to find . I've always received prompt and courteous assistance when I've needed it. I've been remodeling my home for the last two years so I'm in and out of the store at least 4 times a week.

The store is clean, it is well equipped, the staff is on the floor and have never been rude or unfriendly; I have always found help when I don't find the item or products I need. This store is closer to my home which adds more positive to it, however I have gone to your stores in my hometown and always return to #6584 store.

I appreciate all the help that they have in the store for the customers only thing I recommend is that they carry some zero turn covers & A few zero turn lawn mowers

Your associates at your store needs to work on customer service. I get rude attitude and even lash out it’s from your employees. I am very upset of the two times I’ve gone over there. And I was not very satisfying.

I love the parking area, very convenient from my house, love the products and would spend all day in there if I could due to the nice welcoming scenery and employees.
