We almost have positive experiences at this store and recently purchased a new dryer January 2022 and a microwave April 8, 2022. We are also remodeling an enclosed breezeway and will need sheetrock, paint and trim to complete the project.

Almost everyone I've runned into seems eager to help and knows their stuff. I even heard "I'm sorry, this isn't something I know a lot about. Let me grab someone who does."

The employees I interacted with were first rate all the way!

Claremont store is always clean and employees are always willing to help you find or answer questions on a product.

PAINT DEPARTMENT IS ALWAYS SUPER HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE FLOORING, APPLIANCE AND KITCHEN DESIGNERS ARE SUPER PATIENT, HELPFUL AND ALWAYS GREET WITH A SMILE!

Been a loyal HD customer for over 20 years. Always friendly, knowledgeable customer service. Products of high quality. Behr products have been our "go to" always. Very satisfied, life-long customers!

it was another stellar day of shopping at Home Depot with Cynthia Johnson and Dan B providing superior customer service...they consistently crush it with the best customer service !!! I shop this store quite frequently and I always look for Cynthia Johnson for her help...this morning Dan B also helped me buy a Dewalt leaf blower. They are both ROCK STARS !!!

I had to return the item I bought the other day and the staff was more than happy to help me. The process was very fast and it was such a pleasant experience!

Store is very clean and each department well marked as where you can find items. If I have questions on products, employees always helpful and are always able to help. Always able to get assistance when I need them.

Ed was amazing !! He took the time to look up the item we were interested in, discuss the purchase and delivery options and even came to see us at checkout. All this while maintaining a cheery attitude and a smile! A shining example of all the employees at this store.

Customer care was almost non-existent. Don't know what has happened to the training of the employees as far as customer assistance is concerned. I used to be happy with the help and knowledge of the employees, but not now. I think I will go to the HD store in the next town for my future purchases.

I bought a new washing machine from Patricia from the Claremont, N.H. Home Depot and had a very pleasant experience there as she was very professional and a calm and relaxing demeanor. She went over everything thoroughly and made this a very enjoyable experience. The store is nice and clean and the associates are friendly. The "other Big Box store" doesn't even accept phone calls anymore! How do they stay in business?

Two problems occurred with the supplier of my vinyl flooring. Home Depot was very supportive and solved it. Another problem occurred with the sub contractor that laid the floor. Home Depot was supportive and compensated me.

We dealt with two people in particular, Eddie and Cynthia and they made our visit amazing. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we went home with what we were after!! I highly recommend this store!

Associate Cynthia at the service desk is amazing! She knows her job and did a great job even when understaffed. She got me in and out quickly. I will definitely look for next time I'm in.
