I bought the first shelf unit in Chester. I liked the product and bought an identical unit the next day in Colonial Heights. The exact same item costs ten dollars more in Colonial Heights.

Needed a 7' piece of trim, so I looked through the bin and found a piece 7' 1". Cashier had me go back and cut the 1" off or was going to charge me for it. I know it is only pennies, but it is the principal. S I I went back and cut the 1" off and went back to check out. I will never go back again. Was it worth it? Was to me.

I am supposed to receive the refrigerator on Jan 29

The customer service is fantastic. I was so shocked of the gentleman with glasses by the name of Keith. He has a wonderful personality and so eager to help in anyway. Their should be more like him. He expresses his patience when I was undecided. He should get a raise because I believe he goes over and beyond than most employees.

I frequent the garden shop but this trip needed other items easily found with helpful staff.

Absolutely no customer service! The employees practically ignore you and don’t even bother shopping window/door department because you’ll NEVER find the dude that works that area! I was fortunate enough to see a guy having the same issue as me that helped me load a double patio door onto my cart and another guy coming into the store helped me load it onto my truck. By the way, I asked 3 times for help and nobody showed up. You may want to avoid Colonial Heights location or just go to another home improvement store all together.

The last time I visited the store everything was nice and neat. Employees were very nice and friendly .

I had the most amazing customer service experience here (Thanks Anaya) while buying a refrigerator. I didn't have to seek out an employee for help, she was right there. She was very informative, friendly, and helpful.

Was able to find product I was looking for. Assistance was available. Store neat and clean. Associates friendly and helpful.

The store should not let customers in without wearing a mask. The virus is still out.

I can’t stress enough how friendly the employees are, especially a young woman by the name of Ericka. She stopped what she was doing even though she was up on the ladder to take me everywhere I needed to go and I found everything I needed. She is very knowledgeable of the houseplants and was a delight to talk to about the garden center. She somehow convinced me to purchase way more than I came in for! I’ll be back very soon for some more :)

This is my favorite store they're always willing to share help or listen to what I'm looking for and if there is any other way to accomplish what I want to do love them all

Randy went out of his way to assist me in picking out patio furniture for my deck. It's employees like him, that makes shopping here, pleasurable. He should be commended.

Not sure what was going on today got zero help when asked twice. Then they are training someone to use the lift in aisle that would be seasonal busy.

Good store. Nice prices. But the card refund process needs to be revisited. It takes way too long for you to get your refund back on your card. If you don't pay in cash. Your screwed.

Every time I’m in the store, the associates are kind and very helpful. I haven’t thought of going to Lowe’s yet!

The website is fabulous - it tells you what is in stock at the store - and the people who work at the store are equally fabulous, especially with curbside pickup. When I shop inside the store, salespeople are always willing and eager to help me locate what I need and get me checked out in a swift time.
