I bought this product a couple of days ago and was please to always go to the app to find the right location and then walk up to the item and get it. I prefer this store more then other big box stores.

This is one of the best home remodeling stores in my area. Home Depot is fantastic with supplies available and quickly restocked.

I had called to find out how to return the mower weeks ago. The lady told the person on the phone to tell me she would call me back. Unfortunately, that did NOT happen. The mower height adjuster was set on 4 and it dropped down to the ground and cut my yard. I was unable to use.

I bought this few days ago and I received yesterday and waiting for send someone to assembly it

We made a purchase of patio furniture yesterday and had a great experience. We went back today to purchase a generator and they did not have it on stock but Mrs. Alicia Carrolle helped us make the order to ship to store. She also helped us find some items we needed, in store. Great experience and Customer Service!

Alicia at customer service desk in Columbus, GA went above and beyond to help me. She spent over a hour making phone calls and sending emails trying to get me the screws that were missing in my online order. I left with everything i needed to I put my item together. She made my day!

After over 20 years it was time to buy a new washer and dryer. Loren made the whole process simple and easy. The guys that delivered did a great job and was very careful. the new LG's are working great.

It took me one hour and 45 minutes to get one piece of drywall cut in half and it finally had to be done by the assistant manager! The employees in that section are no help at all!

The Home Depot is a great place to shop you can find almost everything that you need in the store or you can order it online

Most of the employees see that you need help and go the opposite way! The isles are so crowded. You can’t even get to what you need.

Bad customer service. Workers passing by you and not asking if you need help.

This store is the hub. It'd the one and only store that allows you to go and move freely without being pressed by the staff. Everyone is helpful and friendly. All items in stick are easily accessible. All salesperson and customer reps take their time to assist with finding the things you need for purchase. A1, top shelf status.

The young lady wearing the hajib who assisted me was unbelievably helpful and had the best attitude I have experienced in a long time. The freezer (GE) I purchased came in and was delivered as promised. I'm very happy with this experience.

We have been looking for this item for months now and finally found exactly what we wanted at an affordable price. The sales associate said he had purchased the very same item and was very satisfied with it.

Tried to get help pulling wood. No one came. Needed to get jigsaw blades and an associate blocked off aisle for an hour and couldn't get what I needed. Left the store without buying anything. You need associates on the floor who care about actually helping customers in order to sell your product.

I am happy shopping at Home Depot.

The employees here always acknowledge you and greet you when you pass by them in the store. They offer assistance without asking.

I was shopping around looking for an item that I couldn’t find, when one of the associates came up to me. She was very friendly and helped me find the product that was behind other items!!!. Very nice and respectful.

The bay where an item I was seeking was empty. I interrupted Staci from what she was doing--she didn't seem to mind and her behavior demonstrated an eagerness to help. She took ownership of my issue, verified that there were additional items showing in the inventory and then didn't give up trying to find the item. By remaining engaged in the effort she used her situational awareness of the stores promotions to look elsewhere and ultimately located the item! She then brought over a shopping cart for me to load!!! It is employees like Staci that make companies great--thank you Staci!!!!
