IT IS ALWAYS A GOOD EXPERIENCE TO SHOP IN ANY OF HOME DEPOT STORES. ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ONE OF THE BEST COMPARE OT OTHER STORES.

I am frequently at this store because I do my own maintenance at home and for rental property so they see me often and are always helpful and friendly. They are good to give me advise about which products are best for the job I am working on at that time and tell me how to best use the product. Check out is always friendly . The store is always well stocked and clean. We have had a Home Depot credit card for many, many years and I love the convenience of using it and if I overbuy, the return is so easy.

The lady in Tools was so extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She could tell you what each tool was, what it was used for, the types of products to use and why. She was an older thin lady with a pony tail that walks kind of bent over. Very, Very smart and definitely an asset to Home Depot.

We've been shopping at the #0508 Conroe Home Depot for over 20 years and have always had a good experience with the products we've purchased and the friendly attitude of the employees(associates). They are always willing to help when we can't find the product we're looking for and many times will actually walk us over to the product and not just tell us where to find it. This is especially good since the store is so large.

Normally I like this store and shop there. But today was a terrible experience. I don't mind being forced to serve my self at the liquid propane kiosk. But don't take my money and send me outside to a system that does not work. And it's quite obvious that this system has not worked for a long time. As the employee told me who finally came to help me, the system is OLD and needs to be replaced. I fully agree. The LP Kiosk does not work. You put in the code and nothing happens. You push the button to call for help, but nothing happens. You then call the store and ask for help and nothing happens. Finally an employee shows up and simply overrides the system to pop open the little LP Gas gates. FIX YOUR SYSTEM OR DON'T FORCE ME TO USE IT!

Once again this store out preforms. Fast , courteous help located my gas grill on the shelf and quickly loaded onto a cart for me. Couldn't have been a better experience!!

Self Checkout wasnt flowing. All the normal checkout areas were closed. Very disappointed. Created unnecessary long checkout lines.

I like this Home Depot. My only problem is that they have cashiers outside in the garden section when it is cold and wet!! Do they not know that their cashiers are humans too? The outside should not be open if it is wet and cold outside! That's how people get sick! It's disgusting, really.

Helpful and friendly customer service reps.

Employees ,especially cashiers were short and did not show any signs of helping,in fact they seemed pre occupied . Everybody has a down or bad day. However, as a team member at home depot. The customer is not a distraction ,but a large part of the sales process. Store shelves can be full and store clean, but customer service still counts. Visited @ 8:45 am on 1/31/18.

Home Depot is a very short distance from where I live. Shopping experience is great alone with reasonable prices. Products easily fine. Help when needed, area in store was clean. Associates friendly and hepful.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NEGATIVE AT BEST

The aisles are cluttered. Not enough check out stations opened at the time of my visit. People were lined up waiting.

The customer service at this store, considering the time of year, was out standing. . At least three different sales persons assisted us, they were polite and they had accurate information. Cheers for Conroe Home Depot!
