THE EMPLOYEES MAKES A DIFFERENCE WHEN IT COMES TO SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. THIS LOCATION HAS THE KINDEST, AND FRIENDLIEST EMPLOYEES. LUIS WAS HELPING ME LOAD BAGS OF HEAVY SAND WHILE ANOTHER EMPLOYEE (TREY) NOTICE AND ALSO CAME TO HELP. THAT'S THE KIND OF QUALITY EMPLOYEES THAT SHINES. OTHER TEAM MEMBERS THAT HELPED ME AT THIS LOCATIONS INCLUDES JARED, MARTHA AND DANIEL. THE PROFESSIONALISM AND KINDNESS IS WHAT MAKES IT MUCH BETTER COMPARED TO OTHER HOME IMPROVEMENT STORES.

I was helped today by An employee who went above and beyond named Chris. I ordered an appliance today and she went above and beyond what I expected. She answered every question I had and even offered me more information about the product, warranty options, things to look out for when the appliance was delivered. I’m totally satisfied with my experience here today. I hope either Home Depot’s were like this.

After 20 years using Home Depot in Burbank on Flower Street….Because you actually had staff members available helping customers including but not limited to Arthur who went above and beyond whilst loadingheavy gardening supplies into SUV. Because of Arthur and the rest of your fantastic staff; this is my new Home Depot and I’m switching stores happily!!!!!!!!!!!

That store needs to review and apply what Home Depot policies and what it stands. In the past they hire thugs and gang members bullying customers and the ones stealing from the store. Now you have idiots training future idiots to deal with customer service.

GREAT CUSTOMERS SERVICE NEEDS A BIT OF WORK ON NEATNESS

6Even tho the store looked low on stock still had 6everything I need and workers looked to see if they 1had some in stock when I didn’t find any on the 4shelves. Attentive workers, clean store and in the 7center of LA basically. The two cashiers that I was 6deal with at the pro desk and regular check out, but 6it was Karley :) a cashier that was very sweet and 5kind. Karley :) kept the conversation going and 7went out of her way to hear what I had to say and 2was very helpful which put a smile on face leaving the store. Also looked like she was keeping up with promoting the survey. That’s why I’m here. She was really great :))))) Look like she wanted me to do this - J :) Hopefully she somehow sees this

Managers need to train employees better. Or they need to be trained beter.

Very incosistant , Sometimes they are very nice and pleasant and sometimes they are rude and obnoxious. I guess it depends what day and time you are there. And it's the same at every home depot I have been to. Or they hire a mixture of the good, the bad and the ugly. Alhambra is the worst. Cypress Park is a close second.

The cashiers at this location need further training, since I was short-changed $10. This realization wasn't made until I was already home, so there was no opportunity to bring it up to management right away. I have no idea if the cashier did it on purpose or not, but I am confident if management would review security footage at checkout that my claims would be validated. Being that I am a Senior Citizen, I am more concerned if this behavior were to remain unchecked it would lead to other customers being short-changed as well. Disheartening experience.

EMILY at the Pro Services desk is AMAZING! I hope she becomes a Manager so she can train others to provide the EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE I received. Super quick, knowledgable, and a great communicator! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER (and that's saying something since the Pro desk is usually pretty helpful)...This young lady is INCREDIBLE! The store should be proud to have her on the team.
