The staff are a little friendlier than other stores around the area. There is this cashier named Marleni that always catch my attention everytime l visit the store. She is very concise not to mention very friendly. For example, l bought about 8 pairs of small nuts and bolts and she rang each one at a time. At first l was a little annoyed because l thought she was taking her sweet time by ringing each so l suggested why not count and just multiply it by their numbers but she said in a very friendly, courteous, and smiling face that if the items are less than 10, the policy was to ring them one at a time. From then on she became my favorite cashier.

Adolfo Sanchez went above and beyond for his efforts. I was simply looking for ideas on how to setup my work equipment and he gladly went out of his way to provide the simplest and most cost-effective solution there is. I wish that there are more Adolfo Sanchez in this world who are passionate about their jobs and always puts in that extra effort helping out customers.

Good store to shop at. Always friendly and helpful employees. If I can't find something, there is someone nearby to direct me to items.

This store is kept in "Tip Top" cleanliness. The customer care persons in every department are always helpful and friendly. I visit this store at least 35-40 times a year and the quality of my experience is consistently excellent. CA Bowles

The best thing about this store is Carlos C. He is friendly, knowledgeable, patient and kind. He really seems to enjoy his job and seems to genuinely like helping people. Carlos C is what customer service is all about! Thank you for having a trained professional as a part of your team!

All the stuff and employees were super friendly and helpful. They told me how I should do my project step by step and what methods I should go about doing them. Overall an awesome experience and hope to have many like it.

Like I said before the outside Garden Nursery is will taking care of love to go shopping out there because they always have what I need and if product is not available Nexus I just get a hold of their Garden specialist and they seem to get what I need
