I have shopped other stores, and will always come back to home depot. They always have what I need.

Products were super easy to find, store was clean i mean rating on what the theme of the store is for.

Excellent customer friendly location. Employees are helpful to seniors and seem very informed when requesting information or location of products. The exterior perimeter of the facility is well maintained and landscaped nicely which promotes business.

Beautiful Store I was overwhelmed by the displays and the product availability of everything!!!! employees were very friendly and willing to help!

Why only have one cashier in the Garden Department this time of year? The line was very long and finally, a customer asked the cashier to call for assistance. And don’t bother looking for a sales associate in that area of 40 lb bags of mulch and dirt and 3-4 lb brick pavers. I am a 63 year- old woman, and I have no business trying to load 240 lbs of dirt and 25 lbs of bricks onto a cart and then into my vehicle. But I had no choice since I was already there and needed those items. There was no salesperson in sight.

ASSOCIATE HAD AN BAD ATTITUDE AT SERVICE COUNTER because customer ahead of me had a big return &her associate told them to go to her register. Then he helped the customer. so I went to her register. She was not warm, polite, & did not greet me. When I asked her where a syphon for oil for my mower would be, she said she did not know &she did not ask an associate. After she finished my return, I asked a nearby associate at the Service Counter for help to find the syphon and I told him that the other associate would not help me. First he told me an aisle number, then he searched the computer - which resulted in a different aisle, which is where I found the item, a quantity of 1 remaining. I guess I was lucky after all.

this store is in a good location I like it.

Do not take your Ridgid products their for warranty. They lost battery and my LSA.

Overall the store had all i needed and the store clerks were helpful enough. There was a disconnect on carpet installation that the store failed to tell me, but my overall experience was normal. I don't like all the solicitors outside the store trying to sell you something. It's a close store in my neighborhood and i will return because i want it to stay put.

What annoys me about this location is: having to show my receipt to a guard - before I walk out the store, IMMEDIATELY after walking away from the register. That means that I have to keep my wallet open to place my receipt into the wallet AFTER the guard places a mark on my receipt - not even looking at my items. SO ANNOYING. I like to put away my receipt into my wallet right after I get it, so that I can put away my wallet into my purse.

1. The selection isn't as good as other Home Depot locations. 2. They don't have enough customer service employees, so returns take forever. 3. Home Depot brand products are poor. My Glacier Bay shower valve/cartridge was poor quality. It caused water pressure to be low, hot and cold water fluctuations, and finally gave out altogether and gushed out water when off. The store manager said he would see if he could do anything about after the plumber left, but he didn't respond to my e-mail with the plumber's receipt.

Great service and product needed was on the shelf.

Everyone in the store was quite pleasant and professional. The store was neat and clean isle ways were not cluttered. The assistance I received in the garden area was great. The staff was very informed about the best product to purchase to get my lawn ready for spring.

Please hire more employees to help keep items on the shelves and assistance customers with finding products.

Cashier rude and don’t put customers first. They don’t speak they seem mad about coming to work. They need more customer service training

The store is well stocked and the employees are very friendly as well as helpful.....

The store is clean and well stocked. I stay around the corner from this location so it’s super convenient but I wouldn’t recommend this store because of the associates. I wonder around the store looking for help and when I do find someone they answer me with “it’s over there in one of them aisles.”

Pretty clean a few friendly employees

I shop at this store almost every day. Although they are often very busy, the employees and managers always find the time to address any issues I may have. They go above and beyond to make sure as a customer I am satisfied. Their customer service is beyond reproach. I feel like a part of the family when I am there. They are greatly appreciated

check out is usually long and complicated. but store in general is well stocked. some employees are welkbinfoemed and then some ain't. if you come here frequent still to the older employees. better informed!

This particular store has it's share of problems... Most coming from the community who shop there. The employees can be a little more professional in communication and knowledge of the store. Besides that the store is an asset in this community... I've been shopping there since its opening and will continue... Biggest complaint I have is products on shelves need to be maintained and organized better.
