Rude customer service

of all the stores in this area, this one is the most consistent in having prices posted, especially in the lumber area.

Amazing! They always have a solution for my problems.

register contol person wears her mask on her neck most of the time... Approaches customers, constantly touches registers and speaks to all customers with mask around neck... dangerous lady possible spreading Covid to hundreds of Home Depot customers!

I was able to find everything I needed quickly but what honestly made my shopping experience great was the customer service. Everyone was so patient and you could tell they genuinely wanted to help, not just because it was their job. I loved this because I go to Home Depot to purchase items my dad needs and sometimes I have no idea what they are or where to even find them. The reason this store is great is because of the team members.

Employees don’t help anyone they run away like marathons

If you are going to Homedepot in Palmdale and need help. Ask for Vincent, he was very helpful, also has a lot of respect towards customers.

Cost of items increased at self check stand. No human cashiers. Self-serve machines aren't programed to take cash. I was very disappointed shopping here. This isn't the first time but, it is my last.

They make you use self check outs. No matter how long the line is. Two of the self check outs did not dispense cash back. ( card only )

Today I had amazing support at Home Depot

Every time you need help here there is always no one there to help even though the store is not busy. Also, if you are seeking information about something they give conflicting and wrong information.

I had the best service EVER. Provided by Bert V. in lumber. EXTREMELY helpful and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE concerning the DIFFERENT products I was needing. This man TOTALLY ROCKS !!!
