VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE AND GOOD PRICES.

I found the items I was looking for by myself. No employees were helpful. Employees were in the store but speaking among them self and not concentrating on customers.

The lady in the paint section ROCKED IT!!! I am SUPER impressed with their hiring practices - they have an autistic employee working there! I have an autistic son. WAY TO GO! I will definitely shop there again!

Your staff is available and helpful John at Customer Service Saw me and asked if I required further assistance ? I was trying to determine where to cash out. He was very helpful Also the Nice Tall man in Plumbing Who also has two daughters understood my challenge. I needed the right hair catcher , and explained why My drain toggle that you move up and down to drain did not permit a small rubber snake He was very understanding and showed me the piece behind the scenes. I just can’t remember his name tag.

Great store. Good selection of products. Found a great deal on a nice GE Microwave Oven. Employees knew their job and were courteous.

If you need help with electrical or plumbing issues, seek out employee Tim "McD" - his expertise, knowledge, and funny personality made the whole experience of needing to replace our hot water heater go from frustrating to fantastic!! We purchased a new hot water heater at the store and Tim helped us the entire way on making the best decision. We will seek him out on future issues!! Also, everyone that helped us with this purchase was very friendly and professional.

The cashier was very nice and she was very respectful.

Jim from hardware was very knowledgeable about power tools. I was looking for a specific sawzall which not every maker carries. He knew exactly what I was was looking for and helped me find it

I went in twice this week, and received excellent service both times. The first employee helped me pick out a light bulb, but spent 10 minutes showing me different items and helping me choose the color of light, wattage and price that worked for me. The second visit, I needed to cut a square hole in a plastic storage tub to make a covered litter box. I was expecting them to sell me some type of saw or cutting tool, and was worried how much it would cost me for the item. Two employees helped me complete my project, right in the store, and it cost me less than $3 for the weather stripping I purchased to cover the ragged edges left by the scissors they used. They were SO nice and helpful, I called the manager to complement the employees and the store.

Every time I go and need assistance, the associates are always helpful—they're able to answer me themselves or connect me with the person who can.

I had a huge order of lumber that had to be picked and loaded into my 1 ton truck (3 Loads). The employees jumped in and worked together to get the job done and made my visit much easier than it could have been.

Sales people are very helpfull

I am an old guy who likes to do business face to face so when I went in to the Home Depot for new carpet at my home I had trouble accepting that separate people would be doing the measuring and installation. I got the layout and quote and had questions about both but was able to go to the Home Depot and talk to the staff and got everything worked out and ordered new carpet. Now I will wait for the installation and expect to get great results. I have shopped here for over 14 years and always got great service and advice on all of my projects.

We recently received excellent service at this store when I called to locate a Toshiba dehumdifier. The product was available and ready for purchase when we arrived at the customer service desk.

This is the only store I will go to to have paint matched. I’ve tried everywhere else and no one has been able to match paint like Chris. He’s got a great eye for color and gets a perfect match for me every time. I send all my clients to him. I will not go anywhere else when I have crazy questions/ problems or to get a paint match. Thank you Chris you save the day every time.

They're putting in kiosk machines taking away customer service people and when you have 20 things in your cart you have to check out yourself no customer service at all again at all when I go to home Depot anymore no I had to give him one start just to post this

In any project or transaction, things don't always go right, no matter what you are doing. But the way a problem is handled is the key to customer satisfaction. This store's employees take responsibility for issues, and are willing to go the extra mile to help out. The store manager is always friendly and willing to help out, which is reflected in how his employees all pitch in.
