Always a pleasant experience when I shop at this store

Friendly and helpful staff. They actual take you to the iteam your looking for and make sure you have what you really need. If staff can't give you the proper advise, they will get another staff member that can.

Store always clean and staff is very helpful on the rare times there was an issue the store manager always took care of if promptly!

This is My husband favorite store. We can shop there everyday.

This store has great customer service. We went in looking for a lawnmower and it turns out the one we got was in overhead. We had to get an employee to get it down for us, but it was quick and the employee was really nice about it. Checkout was quick. Had everything we wanted in stock. I have no complaints about this Home Depot and would recommend it to anyone.

Of all the Home Depot’s in the area, this one has the most products in stock, the most up-to-date inventory lists, and the most friendly, courteous, and professional staff around. All of the stores are excellent, but this one shines brighter than all the others. It is also the neatest and most organized. Keep up the fabulous work! And thank you for always helping me whenever I need it. :-)

Found products easily and associates were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Needed to exchange a tractor, called and was taken care of so quickly and professionally. On arriving at the store, people were expecting me and had the new tractor ready to go. I was impressed at the willingness to help from the phone calls to the actions inside of the store, I am coming back here when I need home stuff.

Every step of the way though my visits to this store, I was greeted with smiles, knowledgeable people, and even popcorn! LOL This is my primary home improvement store!

We shop there very frequently and have never had a bad experience. Never a problem making a return, never a negative attitude from any employees. We love it!

The people in this store are extremely helpful. They greet you and ask what you need and when you have trouble finding something, they walk you right to it. Amazing.

Bethany in the paint department is awesome.

Find that the store does not have the same stocking of product as other Home Depot stores in the area. Have had to travel to the North Haven store due to under stocked or material not carried at all. My largest criticism is that their customer service department informed me that their store policy is not to match the prices for goods sold at the other area Home Depot stores. How can you have a major out let that does not honor prices for materials sold at their other stores.

I just wanted to let you know that I have not been in this store in a while . I did not like I would go in and be bombarded by Vendors trying to sell me Roofing,Windows or whatever . It was nice to see an overall improvement in this location

Anthony and Sharon in the garden department in the east haven Home Depot went above and beyond. Sharon helped me to make decisions on my plant and planters and Anthony patiently helped me carry items through the store and my car. I can't say enough great things :)

Clean store and generally speaking there are usually helpful employees there willing to help you.

Employees are knowledgeable and approachable. Store is well organized and products are easy to find.
