Went shopping for a grill on the 4th. The selection of grills was abundant even on the holiday, so many to choose from. Lou from seasonal was a dream. He was informative, not pushy at all and helped me find the right grill for me needs. The checkout was a breeze too and they even loaded into my car carefully as not to scratch the car or the grill. An excellent shopping experience.

Great customer service! HD staff assisted with a community garden project and employees were helpful, knowledgeable and patient!

This store is always a mess. Isles are always blocked with merchandise. I've complained a few times but no change. Employees in this store need to be trained in customer service. They see you walk towards them, and they walk the other way. Only reason we shop here is because there is no competition. Sad we have to pay hard earned money for such poor customer service.

I really like the gardening section. Also. i find that help is easy to get. My favorite HD (and I visit many)

Home Depot in the Freehold Raceway Mall is a clean and well socked store with friendly and helpful employees. I was helped by Lou in Seasonal, and I hope he gets special consideration for the work well done.

There were plenty of products in the store to choose from. It was buzzing and I saw several employees at different stations to help out. A person called Lou helped me out in seasonal goods. Nice to receive some service in the store.

I had an excellent experience Lou from seasonal help me out very much and I very much appreciate his patience and his organization and his attention to other people around him.

I had help from LOU in the Freehold NJ Seasonal dept this week end. he loaded up my truck. With sod,ect. Great employee Home depot has there. Thanks Lou for your Help.

We had a big load of top soil, bricks, fence items and sod to load up. LOU from Seasonal dept. He loaded everything up without any question. He even put paper around the SOD. So the truck wont not have all the dirt around. Lou is a great asset to your Home depot company.. Thank you Lou from Seasonal Dept, Freehold NJ Store.

Anna at check out was friendly and helpful. She politely asked me if I could take the survey after getting my information so I could receive offers by e-mail. It was unfortunate that it took 3 or 4 people to get me to where the PUR Water Filters where, but that can be expected with a store of such size.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Kevin and Andrew were terrific with our patio door purchase. If you need to purchase a door, see Kevin! Great experience.

Usually I check on-line to see if what I need is in stock and, so far it's always been accurate.

Store was clean, employees helpful, and our cashier Tammy was friendly and polite.

This store is cluttered, dirty and disorganized. Isles are always blocked by ladders and merchandise. Store associates ignore you when they pass by, and that's assuming you see any store associates which is rare. Every now and then you see a few associates chatting with each other totally ignoring customers. The associates at the self checkout seemed upset when you ask for help. The only reason I go into this store is its close to my house. Every time I go into this store I know its going to be a disappointing experience., and it always is. I've complained to the manager a few times but I have not noticed any change.
