Always helpful and well organized/stocked store!

I travel from Smithfield to shop at a Home Depot. The Fuquay Home Depot is a favorite and the one-stop shop for all needs. There are always well-stocked, the personnel are helpful and will go the extra mile...the bathrooms are always clean...no issues with HomeDepot in Fuquay.

Customer service is number one at this store! They have everything I need for projects but the friendly associates make it the place to shop for me. Easy to get into and out of with lots of parking.

We are doing our bathroom over ourselves, (watching Utube), having a young man in the tile department who knew about tile was extremely helpful. I walked out with my problem solved and he went the extra mile to come up with the answer! He was pleasant, listened and even understood the rough drawing I did. I would travel to come back as we do not have a Home Depot close to our home.

The staff was professional and willing to help with my project needs. Will continue to shop here.

Great Store

The store associate Nancy G at Fuquary-Varina, NC. was very helpful and knowledgeable about the French door refrigerators. She printed out a couple of them so I could take home and show my husband. I called her back and purchased through the telephone. She gave me a delivery time. Told me that I would be called the night before with a four hour window and the day of delivery would be called when they left the delivery before me. It was done. She herself called me to see if it was delivered and hooked up to our satisfaction. After three hrs. my husband found that the water line had been kinked; I called the store and spoke to Nancy G about it. She said that we could come and pick up a new water line or wait until a repair person could come. We decided to pick it up and have my husband put it on. When we arrived at the store Nancy had the waterline ready and we were out the door. Couldn't ask for better service. Thanks. Home Depot

This Home Depot is my "go to" store whether I have one thing or many things on my shopping list. The store is always clean. The employees are always willing to help. The store always has what I need in stock. The employees are always will to help me find something if I am having trouble finding it myself. The "special order" desk people are always knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We have ordered custom made blinds. We have purchased major appliances. I have purchased a work bench that I requested be assembled and then delivered. I have ordered online items to be delivered to the store. Today I ordered a linen cabinet on line to be delivered to the store and assembled.

The employees in this store are EXTREMELY helpful and courteous. I have never met one who wasn't willing to help even if I am shouting to them from 1/2 an aisle away about help with an item. Excellent employees at this store which I have been coming to since the day it opened here in Fuquay Varina, NC.

Good, clean friendly atmosphere.

Would say that a very nice older lady who I believe is rather new was very helpful in my small hardware purchase. Actually greeted me when I entered and asked if she could help. Her name was Kathie K. I generally am pleased with this store although there are times when it seems one cannot find an employee to help answer a question. Otherwise I really like the store, and generally employees are friendly.

All products are easily accessible, store is clean and personal services is what they are about. Great store.
