Amazing store where employees are knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you.

Need more people to helping some time take 10to25 min to have help

First you need more personal same times you you spend 10 to 25 min in the store to have help

This store was very clean and well organized . I found the item I was looking for. I did have to ask were the item I was looking for was located in the store. I was told were in the store the item was located . The associates are always friendly and helpful .

Bobby in lumber was very helpful. His knowledge and expertise helped me with my project. Not mention he helped me cut a piece of MDF with minimal waste. I really appreciate the time he took to help me.

There were many knowledgeable people who are willing to help customers. Joseph in the hardware department did a great job of fixing my lock problem. He is a great asset to Home Depot.

The people are always friendly and helpful, especially Sara in the cashier location. I can usually find what I need in the place where it should be located. The store is clean and well organized!

The employees at the Gilbert location are always SO helpful and nice. Bill in plumbing has helped us on several occasions and is extremely knowledgeable! We will always come here first for any supplies we need for our home, pool and yard. Thank you, Home Depot for employing such courteous and efficient people!

The problem when you enter too the door nobody help you you have to looking for yourself because no employee available you take like 20 min to found you item.that’s my opinion

This store has knowledgeable representatives working here. Ask them anything and if they don't know the answer they usually know someone with personal experience completing the project you're hoping to complete.

Joni, Cashier at the contractor side is the best!!!

I had such a positive experience when this older Hispanic male employee (who may work on the Contractor's side) asked if I needed help. Clearly I had that look on my face. His English seemed basic (If I recall correctly) but he was super supportive and understood what I was seeking. He even walked me far down the aisle to the product I was asking about. Thank you for your upbeat, helpful and thankful customer service.
