A very friendly and helpful staff including customer service and salespeople- Well stocked store with the items I need and use. I always get what I came into the store for -I have had several home projects done at this location as well as renting gardening tools for my yard-

The employees all know exactly where items are located and have a strong knowledge within their department. For example, I had to replace an electrical outlet and the employee asked me if the house wiring was copper or silver. She said they should not mix and could cause a fire. I did not know what type of wiring and she asked me how old the house was. Based on my answer, she provided me with the correct outlet and basically prevented my house from burning down in the future. Fantastic!

FRIENDLY STAFF, ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP

Shopping for appliances can sometimes be a chore but our experience at this store was exceptional. Employees were friendly and the deal was great!

This Home Depot is my go to place. I'm a new homeowner of an older home that needs some TLC (usually on something I have NO idea how to do), so Home Depot is where I go for everything home related. I always have a great experience. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If one staff member doesn't know the answer they are not afraid to admit it but will go find someone who does. As long as time permits (i.e. not taking time away from other customers waiting) they will tag along with their "expert" person and observe so they add to their own skill set for next time. They never make me feel stupid for the questions I ask and are never patronizing, for which I am extremely grateful. Being a 1st time homeowner is daunting but my Home Depot is my security blanket. I LOVE my Home Depot!!

Helped me find some tile that wasn't on the floor, then refunded price difference when it went on sale 1 week later. Both the employees that helped me find the tile & the service desk that gave me a refund were very efficient and nice

Store #3604 knows what great customer service is. We are in the middle of a major remodel and have needed tons of help and from the time we walk in the store until the time we leave - everyone has helped us. We started this project about 5 weeks ago. We started with new appliances, we currently live in Winston Salem so we thought we would order the appliances from them. That was a huge mistake. We had done all of our research the night before and had all of the information we needed to purchase the appliances and hopefully make the order easy on the employee. Well Carla in the WS store decided to make us feel like Sunday was not a good day to order those. We knew from the online system what delivery was available and when she put the items in for delivery - she proceeded to tell us that the date we chose was not available and that was the best she could do. When my husband said that doesn't work for us , she sat back in her chair, folded her arms and said sorry - you will have to wait until Oct 2nd and that is all I can do. We said thank you and left. We then went to the door dept and the kid working there looked 12 and had no clue what we were asking. My husband asked if he was covering for someone and he looked at us like we each had three eyes and said no this is my department. We left this store very unhappy. We decided to go to the Wendover Ave store. We walked in, we were greeted hello, can we help you find anything and we went to the appliance department where Catina was working and more than happy to help us. She put in the same order we gave Carla - told us which appliance was causing the delay and we therefore picked another model (more expensive) and we were well on our way. While my husband was finishing this up, I went looking for something and there was gentleman by the name of Jim who walked me to the isle I needed. He walked me over and showed me what I needed. In about one hour, Catina, Jim and Betty made what was going to be a horrible start to a project seem like nothing could go wrong. My appliances have now been delivered and will be installed next week. All paint has been bought and will be up tomorrow. The blinds will be ordered next week - tile purchased for the bathrooms - coming right along - THANK YOU store #3604 I am told the store manager is Jason - well Jason, you have a great group of folks, who treat their jobs like they own the store and it is their name out there on the building and they treat the customers like family. GOOD JOB to all of you!

The associates were very pleasant and attentive. They went above and beyond to assist me.

The product I was looking for was not available on the shelf even though I had checked availability the day before. There were a group of managers including the store manager in the area and they asked if I had found everything I beeddd. I told them what I was looking for and they quickly checked overstocked shelves and figured out the product was in a trailer the had not been unloaded. The store manager went to the dock got the product unloaded and I was able to get everything I needed. No bureacratic reasons why I couldn't get help, just good customer service. I was impressed.

I have always had great service and employees always friendly and happy to help you with whatever you need. The store usually always has what I need or will be glad to check another store to see if they can locate it for you.

Home Depot is very clean and is a wonderful place to visit they give you discount on thing they need cheaper prices because Lowes hardware store has cheaper prices than Home Depot. Home Depot has great quality thing and lat for a year or longer .

Fast and friendly service. We called ahead for an item that was out of stock at our local store. They had it ready for us, added on some nice extras, helped load the care, and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. One of the best shopping experiences I've ever had at a Home Depot. I will shop here again!

I will not recommend this store. Not friendly staff (I guess they are too busy doing their jobs), Not to mention not helping customers. Other stores wont mind your business .

I am a Home Depot fan in general. I rarely know what I'm doing when I walk in, but feel much more educated when I walk out. I have never had an experience where an employee didn't help me or find me help. And I really appreciate that they don't make me feel stupid for asking so many questions.

You can not push cart around in lumber area store is a mess!!!!

We typically find this store to be well organized and the employees very knowledgeable and helpful with locating and advising us about products.
