Friendly customer service, product was easy to find out.. Neat and tidy

only problem that happens more often, the rental store has no area to load or unload items, trucks just stop and park in thru lane, traffic jam in front of store,

I make many trips to the Home Depot in Gretna and really do enjoy shopping there. Sometimes I just walk around to see what is new. I especially like shopping for flowers.

I find that the overall attitude of employes at the Gretna Home depot to be far more friendly than the one on Lapalco

The associates at the return counter are very helpful

The Gretna Home Depot is a place I can go to where the employees always treat me like a good friend. It doesn't matter if I am shopping for plants, insecticides or whatever, I know I'll be able to obtain my needs at that store. I enjoy shopping there. Thanks

This store is one of HD’s oldest facilities and really could use a facelift right now.

Evangeline was very helpful to me. She was very patient; she answered all my questions,and gave me her phone number in case I had any more questions.

I was totally surprised at the excellent service I received at this Home Depot, compared to other Home Depot stores.I found just what I was looking for and got excellent assistance from Ms. Evangeline and Ms. Roslyn. These two ladies are an asset to the company.

I used to enjoy shopping at this store but in the last year or so the store has become dirty, unorganized, and the new people who have been hired appear to be just plain lazy....in the past when I asked for help it was given with a smile and most of the time with knowledge. Not so today. The cashiers were courteous and pleasant to work with. Recently I went up to the cash out counter and there was two cashiers but only one had customers and she had about 4 people in line. The other cashier was on register but plainly talking to another store person and completely ignored the line. When a customer went up to her and asked if she was open she said YES but with such a bad attitude he walked off. She continued to flit with the young man who maybe should have been working himself. Another customer went up to her and she started to check her out but in the middle of doing so stopped and begin to flit with this young man....sad...sad....sad.

I visit the Gretna La location several times per week for my general contractors business and for my on going home remodeling. I have also purchased many appliances from, scratch and dent prices are always a big deal for us. Employees are always very helpful and friendly. Many of them know my face and always tell me hello. Have never had a bad experience.

This store is always neat, clean and well stocked. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to help with your decision making process.

Just moved to this side of the river but I have shopped here before. Employees are helpful and friendly every time I'm here.

The employees were ok, the store was decent; however, the store Mgr made me feel extremely uneasy when returning a rented power tool that failed to operate as it should have.

This store has everything that I need. Staff are very friendly and helpful and I really recommend to anyone who is thinking of remodeling their house, or just getting some extras that the supplies are abundant, there are so many choices and the staff there are helpful. if you can’t find something, staffeill help. also returning stuff is really easy, they really are accommodating and try to make your visit short and sweet.

I went to purchase paint at this store and I waited 10 minutes maybe longer for the lady to get off the phone from laughing and talking.She ignored me and look right in my face and kept talking. When she did get off the phone she came up to me and said WHATCHA GETTING!!!!!!! I told her what U needed and she never responded she just walked away and went got it lik

I like this store a lot. Most of my experience is with the staff at the Pro Desk. I've worked with them for over five years, and I think they're the best. This might be one of the bigger Home Depot stores, and yet it almost always has what I need.

i love the location of this store and the inventory they consistently keep. the employees in the departments have knowledge in the departments they work in. shopping in the store is always pleasant, and shopping on my app and picking up in the store is simple.

They offer a military discount! They get my business. Customer Service quickly resolved me returning an item for exchange. They offer multiple options for the items I wanted to buy. The store was clean and it was easy to located items that I wanted. Thank-you Home Depot!
