Bought 54 bags of river rock. Hanna and Lisa helped my with the purchase. Both were friendly and knowledgeable.

Every time I come here, the staff is always so friendly and polite. Returning things as well as ordering online and picking things up are a breeze! I love this store!

Staff was busy but took time to help us find what we needed

Lisa Q was very helpful, kind and she continued to follow up with me on my order. Also, I would like to add, We were placing an order on the phone and she was extremely nice. She called me back everyday following up on the order . She does her job with a since of ease and we all know customer service can be challenging. She was great !! Great people, comparable pricing and great selection

Jennifer was very helpful and friendly on the phone.

I was very happy with the customer service. We had a small complication and they did their best helping us try to solve the issue. The cashier Joe, was also very friendly an kind as well.

Gabriel was an awesome employee, he made the transaction very smooth and stress free.

The Hays store overall is a good place to shop. I have encountered a few issues with inventory items showing in - stock on the phone app, only to find that information is incorrect or inventory was not placed on the shelf.Some associates are very helpful while others try to act interested but are there only for the job. I have spent thousands of dollars in this store sine they have opened and was once an installer for the store. I get tired of being asked if I want to save 25.00 by applying for a Home Depot Card. If I wanted the card I would have one. Overall this store is a good place to shop!

Very clean and organized store. An abundance of helpfull and friendly associates. Good quality merchandise.

They seem to be short staffed and watching the head cashiers coach their cashiers in front of customers is extremely awkward. I only knew they were head cashiers because of how they talked down to them in front of everyone.

Clean Friendly Uncluttered

Great products to choose from, friendly helpful associates, store always clean and each dept is organized and visually priced well. My special order was very time consuming but associate kept working to make it perfect. Great shopping experience!!!

Overall I really like this store, but today the manager that assisted me was very rude. Robyn just basically walked off on my wife and I when we were in the middle of inquiring about a fridge. Thankfully Aiden was very helpful despite the manager that couldn't be bothered for more than a few minutes of her time.

In my email, I received someone’s receipt and I was not even in the store!! This should be addressed, as I have a rather unique email.

My wife and I are in our 60's and I almost always have an employee offer to help us with lumber, or heavier stuff. Also there is almost always someone offering to help us out with those purchases. Overall the staff are very helpful.

We bought a toolbox, and a very nice cashier helped us with our purchase, she was very kind, helpful and respectful. We told her that we needesd the toolbox un-assembled, so we xould unload it when we got home. When we picked up the toolbox, it was the assembled display models with dents and scratches. The assembled toolbox weighs over 400#. We then waited for over a half hour for the store to bring it to us, and the employee wasnt forklift qualified to lift our item in the truck.. Thankfully Kathleen was there and is qualified. She went and got a forklift and loaded our items in our truck. Thank goodness for Kathleen.

I got great help from Lance and Richard during my visit. I will definitely return to this store due to the hometown feel.

Extremely helpful and professional staff. Patient and professional even though I came in with very little time until closing. Tonia and Oscar did a great job getting g me checked out and on my way.

The people hear are all friendly-without being overbearing. They are also so helpful & I love this location! My one suggestion for improvement would be for incoming guests - if you decide to bring your dog please respect the leash laws & keep your pooch on a leash & in control. I brought my (well-trained & behaved) service dog in with me. While in the store 2 other dogs just walked up to him- the owners had no leash! The one dog - the owner wasn’t even in sight! Thankfully my dog didn’t respond to being approached but it could be a bad situation!

Overall the Hays Home Depot keeps the things I need in stock and help me when I need it. They do a great job.

My brother-in-law was helping me do a small project and once we walked into the department we needed supplies an associate (Tate) approached and assisted me and my brother-in-law through the whole process including help loading the items onto our truck. Zack was also helpful in the electrical department. Was a pleasant shopping experience.

Tried ordering cabinets on Saturday and no one was there for this. Went back Sunday to design and order but was told the main designer would have to approve and place the order. Tried calling in on Monday and was told they would not be in until Wednesday. Called in Wednesday and was told she was with a customer. Left my details for them to call me back but never received a call back. Called in Thursday and was told they were supposed to be in at 930, to which this call took place after 10, amd they were not there. Had to place the order with someone who doesn't even work in that department so I have no idea if anything was approved, or what the lead time on the cabinets or counter tops are so I have no idea when my nearly 9,000 dollar order is supposed to reach me.

Store is clean and every sectioned labeled. Friendly and helpful staff/employees. Found what we needed quickly. Yes was able to get assistance fast and easy.
