We live in rural KS, Home Depot is an hour away. We always call first to make certain the items we need are in stock. The employees are always eager to assist us, both on the phone and in person in the store. We cannot afford to drive an hour and then not be able to purchase what we need. This Home Depot in Hays is always well-stocked, has friendly, helpful employees, and a well-run, clean store.

Hays has my Favorite Home Depot. Seems like most helpful and friendly.

Employees were helpful and friendly, however....IF you plan on applying for the HD credit card in order to get a refund value, beware!! It can take up to 40 minutes for the approval process!!

The store in Hays is a great store the employees are very helpful and are very good at solving your problem. I would recommend this store to anybody.

I've shopped at this store ever since it's been open. For lumber when I built my deck, for the storage shed I bought to replace my old one. to windows and doors to appliances, to gardening equipment, grass seeds, fertilizers, flower bulbs to vegetable seeds & plants. I've purchased all of my hand tools, drills, sander, router, chain saws, from wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, pliers. I've even purchased all of my lawn & garden equipment form this store, two different lawn mowers at two different times, my snowblower, my rototiller, my table saw & miter saw.. I even purchased a bag of cement one time, and because the bag was too heavy for me to carry, they put it into smaller, (four plastic) bags so I could carry them... What AWESOME employees !!! I love this store !!!!

This Home Depot is a cut above competitors. When we wanted to design our new kitchen, the design people from computer generated lists to floor workers who searched for, gathered, and loaded materials were awesome. Some components had to be ordered. We were informed of dates, called when items arrived, and when there was some damage, the replacements were provided with no hassle. More recently, as we continue remodel and rehab, the employees have been so helpful. They've helped us every step of the way, and we've had help loading everything, every visit.

I have never been to a Home Depot or any other store that was kept so clean and had people actually asking how they could help

CLEAN STORE WITH LOTS OF SELECTION

Kaitlyn in appliances is great! She really knows the products and knows how to operate the wonky Home Depot computerized ordering system. Great job! She was able to correct the online order that I had tried to make, but the computer system kept changing the town in my billing and delivery address to the wrong town and would not let me change it back to the right town. Thank you!

We just moved to Hays. What a pleasant surprise to see this Home Depot clean, uncluttered, and the employees so helpful and friendly. Checkout is always fast too.

They're exhausting efforts to keep the store safe and clean during the CV-19 pandemic should be applauded.

Is a nice, friendly hometown place to shop where you can find things easily, assistance was always available and clean.
