I bought $890 in concrete rebar that I ended up not needing in a job. The customer service team reminded me of the 90 day return policy and removed so much of my stress. Thank you Helena Home Depot and Kelly at Customer Service.

Every time I shop at the Home Depot in Helena the staff are very helpful and friendly. I usually find what I need.

I received the best customer service from both Sean in returns and Assistant Manager Crystal that I have ever gotten, during my last visit to the store. They were friendly and seemed to genuinely care that my issue was resolved. I could not be more grateful.

I bought lumber this past month to build a large deck each day someone would say "this is the most Beautiful wood.

Allie, the flooring specialist, was fantastic and so patient. I would recommend her to everyone!

Helena Home Depot is always on our list when we travel to Helena. We will be buying our flooring there for our kitchen remodel.

Always have horrible customer service I try and try again to go and hope for the best. But always have horrible customer service, actually little to none lol. Never find anyone and when I do it’s like 5 people hanging out chatting and doing nothing. Just would like to have some help finding stuff there. A big place with lots of little items. Hard to find things.

This is a very friendly and helpful store. Employees go out of their way to help you find what you need.

I had a wonderful experience with the Rental area of Home Depot for a chainsaw to use for 24 hours. Did you know the chains are swapped out after every use?? We were able to take down trees in minutes and return it within our 1 day rental and paid a title of $54. I think that it was a great deal, it came with fuel, a funnel, and PPE. The gentlemen there were very nice and courteous and treated me like I was just one of their friends.

I am very pleased with the light. The ability to change from bright white to daytime cool color via the wall switch was a pleasant surprise.

Staff at your competitors are all very nice too. However, one of your staff (Ashley R.) went a step above and beyond and took the time to help me sign up as a Veteran’s Spouse on the Home Depot App. so that I could use it for a discount on my purchase. She was very pleasant and patient. I was lost on how to understand how to do this and couldn’t have done it without her.

Stacy was very helpful with locating a needed item, with price. She checked with outdoor garden center and then called me back to confirm they did indeed have the necessary items. Thank you Stacy!!

The employees are always looking to help and interested in projects thee I'm doing and try to give advice if I'm not sure how or what I need

At first there was a problem with the computer not accepting the price as marked on the tool box I bought as a gift for my son. The two employees helping me delved into the problem and corrected it in a few minutes. The difference amounted to a $132 difference from the price on the tool box. They didn't disappoint me in my visit today.

Excellent customer service by a gentleman named Dean in helping me with 3 different projects I was working on. I asked to speak with the store manager to relay the excellent customer service provided, I believe that is important. Most of the time when you call for the store manager you can see the look on their face before they get to you them thinking, “ a customer complainant. Not so in this case, happily came right away, was thankful I took the time to tell him what a great job this employee was doing. Thank you for making my morning great, by providing the friendliness and knowledge I needed.

Cashiers are extremely rude. Will not be going back to this location. Make sure you make the trip down the street to Lowe’s

We shop at the Home Depot alot. We live a distance so we have to drive 80 miles. This time we walked out saying the employees surely hate their jobs. Only ONE employee, Allan in Windows was very very nice and helpful. The gentleman at the checkout was not nice at all. Had to ask for his help twice in self checkout and he said nothing. I mean nothing. We felt like we were bothering him. Maybe put him in a different position? Customer service doesn't seem like the right fit but than maybe he was having a bad day?

The employees of this store are very helpful in finding anything you may need, and if asked a question about what they think about that product they give a detailed thought of there own ,which I appreciate very much. This is a very good store to work with they help a lot!

Home Depot not only had a tremendous stock of what we needed but found it to be discounted. We saved a ton of money. The employees were extremely helpful and had new ideas for us. From the moment we walked in we got friendly help to when Bryce loaded the truck. Way to rock it Home Depot !!!
