Great and friendly cashiers

Staff was helpful and thing where easy to find.

This store has excellent employees, is well stocked and personally one of my favorite home depots to shop at.

Helpful assistance..

I have been going to this Home Depot for five years now. Up until my experience today on Thursday October 3rd has my experience been satisfactory. The checkout lanes were changed to self checkout. Most customers were confused and needed assistance. The employees were standing around the checkout lanes to assist with the new process. Most of them were rude and condescending. They didn't help. They just did the process for them so they didn't learn how to do it and then talked disrespectfully behind their backs loud enough for everyone to hear. Horrible experience.

The employees are the best trained and friendly and helpful that I have encountered! The store is well stocked and very well lighted, the prices are low very affordable.

The cashier, Patricia, was very helpful with a great smile.

I like to visit this store because it's easy to find things end well distributed.

I needed immediate attention regarding my project Eric was at customer service helped me find all products I was there for plus made sure I got everything needed to complete project which was great stress relief, his kind nature, time spent too is something that means alot to me because I felt important that day. Thank you Eric in customer service.

The garden section of this store great very helpful.

The Home Depot Store helped us build a Community Garden, Dog Park & Putting Green here at Brookdale Sunwest. Sourin Vanhnaraph was the Captain on the project and his team far exceeded our expectations they did an excellent job and our Community will benefit for years.

I trained customer service for Verizon for a dozen years. These people are INCREDIBLY well-trained and incredibly friendly.

I am always able to find the products I am looking for and receiving assistance is wonderful the Hemet Home Depot. The store is always cleaned and well organized. The associates that I have encountered are always friendly.

I was able to find the color spray paint I was looking for easly. I needed assistance concerning the different texture of spray paint and was instantly helped. The store is always clean and the associates make the store feel welcoming which is what always makes me want to come back to support our local Home Depot.I take this store from a 1-10 a 10.

I VISIT THIS STORE 4 OR 5 TIMES EVERY YEAR. i HAVE NEVER FOUND ANYTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. And those times when I needed help it was always given with a smile. I MUST SAY i HAVE NEVER MADE A VISIT AND CAME HOME WITHOUT THE PRODUCT THAT i WAS LOOKING FOR.

I was assisted by a friendly cashier named Karen. Her enthusiasm made my check out very pleasant. I always find what I am looking for. This store is always clean including the restroom. I was able to get assistance when needed. I rate this store from a scale of 1-10 definitely a 10.

Home Depot is a tremendous asset to our community, and they tend to provide all materials and products that any person/home needs to live better on a daily basis.

If you are looking for a job and don't have 100% great attitude then don't apply at Home Depot Hemet, great staff!!!

All the employees are very knowledgeable about all the products. We can ask any employee about anything and they will tell you or take you to the product you want. Other business employees will tell you : THAT'S NOT MY DEPARTMENT, but HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEES will not. Someone has done a great job in training them or the company has a great SCHOOL OF INSTRUCTION. Nice job all the way around.

ITS CLEAN AND FRIENDY

The Management and its team are awesome, I always feel so welcomed there and most of the faces I know and it makes me feel at home when I come in and I'm greeted with smiles, How you doing today, some even remember my name. All of them have NAILED IT !!

The store was clean and clear of clutter, the employees there are always willing to assist me and make me feel welcomed. Mr. Souria is on the top of his game. Simply amazing, I love coming to the Hemet Home Depot, It's my second home.When I need items for my project I go here.

I would graciously change my review, If the Kids Workshop every Saturday was brought back. Lots of brokenhearted children who were faithful and dedicated into that workshop every Saturday.

Busy store . Clean. Got some (I hate my job) employees but then got a great employee who really cared and helped us with anything and everything we needed. His name was Erik and he was amazing

The cashier was very rude to talk to me her name is Lora,the date and time was July 23,2019 by 2:49 pm
