Employees were very friendly and helpful. Store was neat and clean, and there were coupons available at the entrances.

This Home Depot is always clean and the employees are always friendly and eager to help. Making it so much easier to get my shopping completed quickly without any issues.

If you’re looking to buy appliances this is a good store to shop. We’ve bought many appliances as well as items for a complete hut job on a remodel. Go when Rich or Joey are working. They’re knowledgeable and very fun to work with. You’ll feel like you’ve gone back to a place in time where customer service is what it should be-like Mayberry RFD-Andy is keeping the place safe and Barney is helping to load your lumber into your vehicle. You can smell Aunt Bea’s roast cooking. Better news, the town drunk is actually a really good contractor when he’s sober. You might run into him there and get him to remodel your 1950’s bathroom after all.

I plan to use this store more than the one close to my house!! Because of the customer service alone!!! They are awesome!

I mainly shop at this store ion Morrison because the employees know what they are talkng about. If they are not sure they will FIND someone else that does. Price is not a factor in my visits there...IT"S THE PEOPLE WHO CAN AND WILL HELP me... The only thing that concerns me, is that the COMPANY heads have NO idea how much I have spent this last 6 months...

Decent inventory of supplies. Cashiers are very friendly, however, it seems most of the employees wandering in and around the store go out of their way to not make eye contact and to avoid helping. 3 employees stood next to my truck as I loaded 55 - 8' boards into it and never once offered or asked if I needed or would like assistance. Apparently the yellow convertible parked next to me was far more interesting as they were busy taking pictures of it with their cell phones...…. fortunately I took a picture of them as well.....!!

Employees are more interested in having personal conversations than helping customers. Lots of employees walking around and not a single one asked if I needed help. The cashier was rude and when an item that was supposed to be on sale rang up as regular price, she said there was nothing she could do about and proceeded to just stand there and stare at me. Then another employee came up and started talking about how we getting off work and she got all upset and totally forgot that I was standing there and that she had a job to do. Very disappointed in this store and their staff.

The Best Home Depot location!!! All the employees are well trained. They seem to love working there. Irma, the Assistant Manager will listen to you and help you with any problems within the Home Depot family. Tracy knows her appliances. She will listen to what you want and won't try to sell you something that won't work in your design and budget. Cyndi knows how to get you in and out with returns and problems. You don't have to look for Kris, she will find you. Kris had an eye for noticing when a customer looks completely lost and looking for help. I would give this store 10 stars if I could. I shop here all the time.

My husband and I always have a good experience with the associates at the store while shopping. HOWEVER, it is the delivery and special order department that has TERRIBLE customer service. We always have difficulties with deliveries. We were told that our product would be delivered on 7-26. NOTHING... so I called the next day at 12 thinking someone would call. Still nothing, I finally called and all they said was "we apologize for no one contacting you, but your order is not ready." You would think that the department would be professional enough to give you a call the day before it is to be deliverd to say it is not complete. This store serioulsy needs to train their Special order and delivery department to contact the person(s) on the order invoice. Us as customers wait all day without any information only to be frustrated the next day when on the store's part has not come through with their commitment. This is not the only situation it has happened. It also happens on the BUSINESS side of orders too. COMMUNICATE AND BE PROFESSIONAL it's not that hard to pick up a phone and tell the people that the product is not ready.

This is hands down the best Home Depot. The store & parking lot are always clean. The employees are ALL friendly, helpful & so educated. I love that if I don't know what I need or what I'm doing for that matter there is always a friendly Home Depot employee to help. They alway take the time to answer all my questions, show me exactly where I can find what I need & help me load with my large purchases.

Hands down most helpful home depot in the metro. Always someone around to answer questions and with help loading up.

We live in lakewood and found that the employees were much more helpful and knowledgeable than the other home depots closest to our house. They are also so friendly and make our visit quite enjoyable!

*Lots* of waiting for employees to get product down and weaving around junk in the isles (dishwasher and its empty box, other random items). It was hard to see the sinks on display there was so much junk in the isle. There were lots of employees around but things were not stocked where customers could reach them. It took 5 employees to use the fork lift while customer waited for other help (very inefficient). After *hours* shopping and waiting on employees to get items down we had a cart full of items (and personal items like jacket, etc) and left it by the check out. After going to the roofing section and bathroom we returned (less than 20 minutes later) to find the cart missing. The HD employee that took it was very, very rude (rude words, horrible faces). He claimed it had been abandoned for 20 minutes and that they restock items as policy. WOW. Be glad your customers are shopping some more and don't take their carts away. If you have to do that wait hours, not minutes. Better yet, how about the employees stock the shelves instead of harassing the customers! The manager sited the policy (we restock a cart after 20 minutes) and that the employee was a good one. So, instead of an apology even the manager went down the road of standing by BAD policy and arguing with the customer (standing by their employee, not believing the customer). The employee isn't a good one, he was a rude, violent type person. We left feeling like nothing would be done and that employee would have free range to abuse more customers.

They have more team member to help find what you need and check out is fast and friendly.

We shopped for paint during the Memorial Day Paint Sale and even though the paint department was extremely busy, employees provided quality customer service.

I have always had excellent customer service at this store!! The employees are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to assist the customers. The store is clean and well stocked. I will definitely continue shopping at this Morrison Home Depot!!

Find another place to shop. The store is laid out different to all other Home Depots. There is never anyone available to help if needed. Most employees don't know where products are located and I have never had anyone offer to help me find something after I asked where it was located. Routinely the longest wait to check out of any store every, every time, seriously I felt that these people didn't care about my business or how much of my time I wasted waiting in line for them to take my money. I felt disrespected.

A great store to shop at. Products I have looked for have been easy to find sales persons are very helpful. Help is there if needed. Store is well taken care of.

They always have what I need and are helpful . They have plenty of employees on staff when you need assistance and go out of their way to make sure you have a positive shopping experience.

This store has cut back on employees so much that it is difficult to find someone to help. There are not even enough check out people so you need to wait in line to check out.

The store is well organized, well stocked and clean. We were able to find what we were looking for quickly and easily. We were able to get efficient assistance in two departments. The associates in all departments are friendly and very helpful and are very eager to jump in and help wherever they are needed.

We've been coming to this store about twice a month since we moved into our new home and wouldn't go anywhere else. We've been in most of the departments and every employee who has helped us has been totally committed to outstanding customer service and were quite knowledgeable about their particular areas. Thanks so much for taking great care of us!

To get anyone to help you at this store is a expirience in itself. When and if you do than you can expect them to be texting on their phone while pretending to be helping you.

Brian from the plumbing section was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything for our project. He takes pride in his work and is EXTREMELY friendly.

I love this store! the people are always friendly. sad with all the time I spend I only remember a few names. Mike and Lynn in electrical have been great help. The cashiers are always friendly and nice. I get plenty of help and they never run when I say I am doing something odd. From building a car,remodeling a kitchen, rebuilding a deck, remodel 2 bathrooms. The staff have always been helpful with suggestions. The store is always clean
