Fast and knowledgeable service and they helped me load it into my car! Great Job!!

I am so sorry that I did not get the clerk's name. He was very helpful and found exactly what I needed very quickly. We completed the transaction in short order and he even gave me directions to the next item on my list. I have been a Home Depot shopper for many years and it has always been a good experience.

The store manager was very pleasant, informative and helpful, with making it easier for me to decide which product would best meet my needs, vs buying the lowest price, which probably would not have been satisfactory. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We have used this store many times and have found it to be complete in both items available and employee helpfulness.

Fabulous customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable sales team. When the product we wanted wasn't available we were able to find a substitute. A great shopping experience.

The Home Depot experience was very bad. Ordered washer was delivered to wrong address. Cancelled order and re-ordered. Delivery was unexpectedly cancelled and was told I had to wait another week. Cancelled the order again and bought washer from another place. I am still waiting on my refund for both of the cancelled washers. It's been two weeks

Don't go on Sat. morning. Aisles blocked, few registers open, but stuff is stocked, if you can get to it.

The store was clean ,well stocked and Jeff greeted us immediately and answered are questions and my father was impressed on how noligible he was; he then handed us over to Sonia who exceeded are expectations making my mother comfortable and leaving me impressed with her efficiency, abilities and personality.

The gentleman with what seems to be a German accent (in electrical dept) is outstanding. Listens, smiles, very, very knowledgeable.. Reliable. Sometimes it seems hard to know where to get in line at the paint counter. Got to figure a better way. Nevertheless, people and product are good.

6/1 ordered dryer ( staff very nice) and set for earliest delivery 6/5 11:30-4pm window... after rearranging work schedules to make sure one of us home, received voice mail at 1:30- canceling delivery due to “truck issues”. 3rd party delivery ... when I called , manager of delivery stated next week for another delivery...no other way to finish the job— not a very reputable service , home depot admin needs to hire better delivery services . I returned and purchased dryer from a family operated store and it was delivered 6/6...

Store very clean and organized so you can find items, isles marked clearly. sale people very willing to help you with your purchase.

THIS STORE IS ALWAYS BUSY. THAT IS GOOD. THAT MEANS THEY ARE A GOOD SOURCE OF HAVING AND HELPING WITH WHAT PEOPLE NEED. I DONT EVER HAVE TROUBLE IN THIS STORE WITH THE EXCEPTION THAT YOU HAVE TO SHARE THE SALESPEOPLE WITH SO MANY OTHER PEOPLE. SO IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS BE PREPARED TO WAIT. BUT THE DO GIVE YOU THE DEVOTED TIME THAT YOU REQUIRE AND THEY ALWAYS FIND THE ANSWER FOR YOU. THEY ARE USUALLY FULLY STOCKED WITH SUPPLIES. THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN.

Overall - B+ Knowledgeable staff: A+ outstanding in weekdays, not so much on Sundays. Department heads are true professionals. Safety: A. Very safe store with sound procedures in place. Generally clean. Attitude: B. Generally good attitude when not stressed from being understaffed. Quality of Products: A. Outstanding. Pricing: A. very reasonable. Organization: B outstanding/ Ap helps find things. But, need to remove specials cluttering up aisle, especially by the light bulbs. You could not go through it with a shopping cart. Poor Outside organization. Front Desk and Special Orders -A outstanding, customer centered. Great return policy. Administration: C Huge problem being understaffed which has vastly lowered service within the last two months. Main managers need to be more visible and interact with customers like Art did before he left. By Department: B+ Electrical- A (electricians used that know a lot and give good advice. Plumbing- B (attitude of some could be improved) Lawn and Garden - C (cluttered back area outside. Used for storage, not customer friendly. Plants good however. Seasonal: - B. tractors, snowblowers, Christmas decorations. Good merchandise but needs to be available all year. Security- A. Very friendly and dedicated individuals. Lumber and Sawing- B. ( sometimes a long wait) Windows and Doors - A+ (Employee still recognizes customer six years after order.) Appliances - C (lack of knowledge of products, poor installation services) Hardware- A (Staff knows their products!) Paint - A+ (Exceptional Service, knowledgeable staff, Best Department in Store) Lighting - B (needs lamp shades for all style lamps.) Tools- A+ - exceptional service from Ryobi Rep Cashiers- A Special Services - A Loaders- A (Tommy is the best) Customer Services- A. (Great but understaffed) Flooring: B - staff inside store good, installation services not that good. Online services: B Good choices but looking up receipts is confusing. Receipts need to be in one location.

No-one around to asset customers despite calling several times via pa system. Service is not their strong suit. Then while looking at some summer blinds they did not even have the proper books to order from they were outdated and lacked the samples necessary to show customers. Very inefficient and a waste of my time!

This Home Depot store has the friendliest customer service personnel anywhere in the city.

The man that “helped” me with looking at miter saws was rude and told me he feels sorry that I would buy dewalt because the customer service from them is terrible compared to Ridgid. That’s not how someone should sell tools. Word it differently sir. Store was clean, and found what I needed easily.

Dave was especially friendly and very helpful assisting me with questions about dehumidifiers.
