Store located in Lebanon PA is convienently located and easy to find. The staff is friendly and always willing to help you. The management lends a listening ear and will accommodate if necessary. I just love this store!

customer service should always be of importance to your staff. I have found that this store does not stock a lot of items the Lancaster store has.

Made many trips to this store over the years and haven had a bad shopping experience once. Two thumbs up!

Clean and most things are available, except the employees. They always seem to busy to be bothered by customers. The paint department and doors and windows are the best places to ask for help, they have always been pretty friendly.

Employees always friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service is just excellent. Washer self-destructed on Christmas. Bought new one. Had questions/concerns about delivery. Appliance worker was rude. Customer service folks patiently listened to my story then gave me a $50 discount! I always shop at this location as it is only 1 mile from home. Great service keeps me coming back.
