I called before I went so the staff could tell me if the product was in stock and what aisle it was on. Hunting during your lunch hour burns time.

This was a very good experience. The associate that helped me was a true professional.

I needed information on products that I needed to purchase and every question was answered so I could make an informed purchase.

We had a water leak that left the house with no hot water. It has been years since we re-plumbed the house and I was in need of a quick and easy fix to a major problem. David in the plumbing dept helped me find what I needed quickly and even explained two options on replacing the broken part without trying to sell me on a huge re-plumb of the whole house. It may need it at this point, but just fixing as needed is what I am able to do right now. He understood and helped me to get just what I needed. 30 min later we were home (after a 20 min drive) and had hot water warming up in the hot water heater again!!

clean store, great help, easy to find products, it made our DYI project much easier to complete and plenty of time to enjoys

Visited store to obtain samples of floor tiles that were advertised on TV.

Vern was very helpful on an early morning gift card purchase. I wanted to get in & out of the store quickly & Vern helped me find the gift card rack, answered my questions about the card & checked me out. Thank you Vern for going the extra mile & assisting me.

This store is always clean, neat and organized. The employees always are available to help out and are very knowledgeable and friendly as well!

The equipment rental is too restrictive. You have to rent it for the minimum time frame. If your job is smaller tough luck. Home Depot would rather have the unit sit in the parking lot than cater to a smaller customer.

Treasure in garden SUPER helpful; she helped me look for a certain plant & went the extra mile in her effort. GREAT employee; she helped check me out at the registers & was so nice & then loaded my car also with the 2 bags of heavy mulch. Home Depot has a valuable employee in Treasure. I appreciate the service I received with Treasure helping me. Thank you.

David at the paint desk was amazingly helpful in getting me ready to do chalk painting! He went the extra mile to serve! I highly recommend him!

I went looking for flooring, and I had at least 6 different associates ask us if we needed help from time we got in the store to the time we made it to the flooring department. You don't get type of service from other stores this big! Friendly folks at the Home Depot on the South Loop location. This location is nowhere near my home, but it's worth the drive for this type of service!

I could not find the wheelbarrows but stopped and asked an associate. She was very friendly and helpful. I paid for my items and was quickly back to my project.

The manager wouldn't even come talk to me. The associate did everything possible to help me. She found the product at another store and I had to drive across town to pick it up there. While waiting to check out there, the computers went down and I had to wait even longer to get my item. The so called convenience of online shopping turned out to be a huge inconvenience. Purchasing online is not a guarantee they will have in store.

I went in to get some finish stain and I could not find it so I asked for help and the lady helped me find it. Also the lady at the checkout out was very friendly! Excellent service!!

I stopped by the store to pick up a water heater and a new door and boy did I get more than I expected! Don in the doors and windows dept was a tremendous help! He helped me pick out what I needed to get the job done and made sure I didn't forget anything! He also gave me installation tips and offered to help put the water heater on a cart! The Reem water heater and the door work great also!
