the garden center was a little lacking in available employees & the cashier was not very pleasant. But inside the store, there were plenty of employees available to help and all were very friendly.

The Ludington Home Depot has a great selection of flowering plants, potting soil & weed killer. We specifically purchase from the Home Depot Garden Center for these products but Sundays visit was a let down. The store employees in the Garden Center were not helpful, could not answer any questions & did not smile the whole time of our shopping trip.

The Ludington Home Depot store is a cut above the Lowe’s store across the highway. In my opinion this particular store is a well run machine with employees who take pride in what they do providing friendly, efficient service. This store is my number one choice for any DIY’ers.

I am in the Ludington area seasonally (December-March). I have worked on many building/remodeling projects that require a store like Home Depot. I have found that the Ludington store is by far my favorite. It can be a year between visits, and the employees remember me. They even ask which project I'm working on now. They go out of their way to help me and make my life easier.

I HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM RICHARD IN DOORS AND WINDOWS AT THE LUDINGTON HOME DEPOT. I WOULD DEFINITELY SO BACK TO HIM FOR ANY OTHER DOOR PRODUCTS.

I go to this store often and it is always very clean. The employees are so very happy and friendly. Always well versed in their products and able to answer any questions I have. Had trouble finding a battery once for my weed eater and someone knew just the one. I am always happy to shop here. Thank you Home Depot

Rachel has gone over and beyond with her level of customer service to me. She has great product knowledge and has helped me to make good decisions on my purchases. She is working well with my contractor which we all know keeps the project on schedule. I am just beginning my project and I am lucky to have found this person to work with me.

We love our Home Depot store! Employees are ALWAYS helpful and friendly. Last year we bought our new home and did a lot of things. Rachel and Rich were very helpful during that time. Joe also was a big help! Thanks to them for all their hard work! They deserve a BIG raise.

Recently we were in the market for an additional chest freezer. Shopped multiple outlets, and product lines. However when attempting to load the local Home Depot pages I kept bouncing me off to a non-local outlet. I called the local store and received the appliance department manager, who helped us in getting the correct store, then patiently spent the time we needed to feel completely confident that we ere making the best, long term decision. Not only was she well versed on Home Depot's line, but had a full knowledge of the industry, and comparable products at various price points. So often a customer feels either hurried by the on floor demands of sales staff, (or can't even find sales staff) or conversely pressured to purchase based on what is good for the store, not the customer. Our experience was the opposite. Very glad we come to Home Depot and had the extra assistance.

I am not related to, or know personally any employees at the store. This is the best Home Improvement store I have dealt with by far. When I walk in the door, if the store is not extremely busy, someone will offer to help me find what I am shopping for. It is very rare that this Home Depot does not have what I need, but when they don't they will make sure I know where to find it or they will get it for me. Great service, friendly, knowledgeable staff - just can't beat that.
