Great customer service. The guy helped me with the equipment needed to hook up a gas dryer. He was awesome (don't remember his name). Very helpful, patient and gave good detailed advice about hooking it up. Also saved me money by informing me about what I didn't need to buy!

I was in a hurry to buy a roll of hardware cloth to keep mice out of somebody's house that I was doing some work for. I was sure that Home Depot had it, but I did not have any idea where. So I searched and did not spot it. Finally I asked an associate in the far east building materials aisle where, and she sent me to the far west aisle of garden supplies. But the material there was not exactly what I wanted. So I asked the sales associate in that aisle where it was and he gave me exact directions to a bin outside. And there was exactly what I wanted just where he said it would be. Of course, it was 8 degrees and a blizard at the time, but the trip was a complete success and I am very pleased that the folks knew just exactly what I was talking about, and just where to find it. One more reason why I like this store so much. Also, the cashier was friendly, smiling, and what more could I ask for??

This store is excellent. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I love their customer service.

The store was clean and organized, I needed a little help to be pointed in the right direction which I had an employee nearby asked them and got the help I needed. My cashier Quinnisha was great, she was working with a smile on her face and obviously enjoying her job, even if she isn't you would never know. It is always a great thing when the last contact I have with the store has me leaving with a smile. Keep up the good work thank you.

Madison Heights Home Depot is always very busy but the employees always have time to give assistance went needed. The aisles list the items found there so finding what you want is easy and typically there is an employee in that aisle to give help when asked, and the employees are friendly and approachable. This store is clean even though there are many customers coming and going.

Regina from MET is a great employee she was really enjoying going above and beyond to make my few item shopping list quick and enjoyable. She was asking questions of what my project was and definitely did not want me to leave without needed items to complete. It was a great experience that I was not expecting at all, to have Regina get the items then escort me to the register. GREAT JOB I know who to look for next time I want to shop there

GREAT PLACE!!!! They're nice and helpful and also clean. PET-FRIENDLY TOO!! there needs to be a couple more workers for helping customers but theyre great. I live in Roseville and not to mention 4 blocks away from H.D. and I wouldn't go anywhere else other then M.H.

Although the store was full of shoppers I was still able to quickly locate the item that I needed, because it was displayed in an easy to spot manner in the section identified as "Specialty Hinges", which it certainly is. Finding the item right away always makes a shopping trip better. Then, only a short wait at the checkout and I was on my way. A short shopping time when I am in a hurry is always welcome, and once again Home Depot made it a reality. PLUS, I got a good parking spot when I arrived.

I visit many Home Depots. The Madison Heights, Michigan location is the best. Usually knowledgeable staff. The only issues that I have with all of locations that I visit are; 1) mixed/wrong stock in the bins. 2) paper and email receipt. I don't need them both. Otherwise, a great resource for the home owner and contractor. Thank you very much. Tom Iversen.

The Home Depot of Madison Heights is a great community partner. The managers and employees do a lot for the surrounding community. Thank you for being patient with customers. When I needed a dozen trees loaded into my truck during a rain storm, many employees helped. One employee even helped by getting two carts without me even asking. Thank you!

This store consistently has the items that I need for the wide variety of projects that I do. What is really impressive is that when I ask any associate about the location of any item, THEY KNOW where it is! In this HUGE STORE!! Besides that, the associates are friendly even when I don't need help. Besides THAT, there are enough associates that It is easy to find one to ask.

Had an odd request for a rug I was very interested in. Between Linda at the Customer Service desk and Dan in the Flooring department they were able to make the impossible, possible. I visit this location at least one a month and am always pleased with the service and product availability. I will be back. My recent experience at this store restored my faith in customer service!

I always find what i néed and the customer service is good to, although you have to special order some things it always comes in a timely manner and the products are warranted.

I always shop here, especially for flowers, but all of my condo has been remodeled from the Home Depot. Your store saved me a lot of money.

One of the friendliest Home Depots I've been to. My only complaint is that it is a busy location, parking lot is always a bit of a disaster and sometimes there are long lines to get back on to 12 mile from the entry.

This visit I needed to purchase a toilet flush valve to replace one that was leaking. It is obvious that they know lots of folks need these because they have a very large selection of flush valves with a large number of each type right there, so they will never be out of stock on them. In addition they have a display that helps decide which one would be suitable as a replacement. So it was easy to choose the one that I needed for this job, and then a short walk to the checkout. When I installed it I did need to adjust the fill level on the tank, the instructions described exactly how to do that, so it was a simple thing to do. Now there is no leak and my customer is happy, so I am happy.
