Thank you to Greg for being so customer service oriented on the phone. We came in and he was extremely helpful with his explanation of Ring for a camera on our door bell. John Holt, Tameka, Taryn, Kim, Ashley, Karen, Jenny, Dawn, Bryant, Monique are all customer service oriented and along with Greg are knowledgeable, caring, friendly and efficient. Cathy, Tory and Leo were a great help with our carpet installation. Mike A in plumbing was a great help with our commode.seat. Chuck was a great help with making my keys. We are grateful to all of them who help us as well as our great manager, Dom. Thank you all for a great job. We appreciate all of you.

We love our Home Depot and it is now even better since Dom is our manager. Mike A in plumbing was a great help with our Kohler commode. Customer service is always beyond expectations and today Kim John Holt, Jenny, Bryant, and Taryn were especially helpful. Nancy in deliveries, Dawn, Tameka, Monique, Ashley, Judith and Karen in customer service have been helpful in the past Kathy, Troy and Leo were a great help with our new carpeting. All these associates are caring, knowledgeable, efficient and kind. We are grateful and appreciative to all of them.

The associate Richard (RJR3602) who attended to me, walked me through the things I needed to purchase and their estimated quantities for my Fencing project. He had given me several advise on how to easily execute my project. Highly knowledgeable in the products. Very professional and very accommodating

My experience at the Home Depot store was much better than some others. Employees are very helpful and friendly in the Garden Center. I found all the items I was shopping for. I really the respect they give to all people, not just a select group of people. The world is colorful just as the flowers are.

I frequent this store often for various things, however, learned one lesson... With an online purchase, do not include order items being delivered to your home with items you are set to pickup. This can most likely cause confusing with the employees and you may not leave the store with your items when you planned. Otherwise the staff is helpful.

Larry Daugherty, from the Flooring Dept. helped us in the kitchen appliance department, as they were extremely busy and short-handed. We are glad we waited as Larry was friendly, courteous and professional. He explained all service, warranty, installation and delivery options. We appreciate the EXCELLENT customer service that Larry provided.

This Home Depot is always a joy to shop at. You can always get someone to help you with whatever you need. Wonderful store! Wonderful staff! Thank you!

We have an excellent store run by great associates and great managers. Chuck has helped us in all departments this past week. I recently purchased carpet from Kathy and Troy who are both energetic, knowledgeable and caring about all their customers. Leo helped us today and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in following up on our installation. We appreciate all the cashiers in customer service. Jenny is always a delight and helped us with our return. Kim helped us with our purchase last night and is exceptional as well. John Holt, Tameka, Taryn, Jennifer, Kim, Ashley, Karen, Jo-el, Jenny, Dawn and Monique have all helped us in the past and make our shopping here a pleasure. We are so appreciate and grateful to Dom who has continued to make our store a great one. He is the best manager we have had since the store opened.

i am not sure if others have the same issue here. the employees working in the aisles seem to not want to be bothered to help people. the returns dept and cashiers are great but if you need help in any department, it is rare to have someone ask you if you need any help. finally lost my patience the other day when i was in the tool section and flagged someone and this individual seemed to be upset that i stopped him for help and then mumbled where i could go get help.

We are truly grateful to the associates and managers of this Home Depot. The associates are helpful, efficient, kind and friendly. Fred and I have shopped here since you opened and have received excellent service. Cathy and Troy helped me with my carpet purchase and were diligent enough to find carpet that was durable and matched the carpet Home Depot installed 3 years ago. We enjoyed seeing Lynn from corporate this week. She has always been helpful. Thank you for a great store!!! We love the Echos we bought here as well as our Dyson and could not have done it without lots of help.

I have been in many Home Depot stores in Atlanta and around the country. Store # 0111 is the BEST organized Home Depot I have EVER visited. I am not kidding ! There must be a LOT of Home Depot executives living nearby !!

The associates were very helpful in all departments like lumber, garden, outdoor furniture.

It's not just my go to store, but when I do visit another I find consistently this store consistently provides excellent friendly knowledgeable employees that I can't say I always find at other locations.

Shout out to Amira!! Some cashiers stay in one spot and don't really help out or they point to where something could be. Amira, on the other hand, went out of her way to help me! I would also like to say how friendly and lively Amira was. It's great to see a smiling face when leaving a store. It is outstanding when employees say "have a nice day" or "thanks for shopping with us," it makes customers want to come back! I will!

I needed some garden items so Amira (the cashier) walked with me in the garden section to help me find the flowers I needed. That's great customer service! Also, I'd like to mention how helpful Chris in garden was and how friendly Clifford was! Great employees!

The cashier, Amira, went above and beyond to help me find the items I needed. She is so engertic and helpful—I will definitely be coming back! The store is always clean when I walk in & the greeter at the front of the store is always friendly.

If you need an appliance, see Moises! He is very energetic and knowledgeable. Eager to help and pleasant to work with.

The people in this store are great and Chuck House is my favorite, he always has time to help.

Needed 4 items, greeter was nice and easily directed me to the aisles I needed to visit, easily found the 4 items, Shirley at checkout was outstanding. Nice , professional, and efficient. In and out in no time!

Our salesperson was most attentive to our needs and knowledgeable as regards your products. In the end she set a schedule that meets our requirements and to date everything is right-on-schedule.

If you're wondering where to bring your lawn mower in for repairs, this Home Depot is a great choice. They are very upfront about how long it will take and will call you before they do the work. Heath was the guy who worked on my lawn mower and he did a great job. He also explained why my mower stopped working and how it prevent it from happening again. Thanks Heath!

I have heard several radio shows and comedians refer to the lack of employees available to assist customers when assistance is needed. I have not found this at this store. When the store has been busy on sale days, assistance may take longer, but more often I have experienced an employee assisting more than one customer when they are in the same area or product section. The employees are usually quite knowledgeable of the products and their location. I am very pleased with the shopping experiences I have had at this store.

Outstanding service in the appliance department - ask for Dawn - she is an absolute gem!

Felipe the lot associate was friendly, and humorous. He helped me load my merchandise into my vehicle without being asked. This kid Felipe I wish him the best in his success.
