I ask a question to a worker working in the Isle, he do not want to help to find the item, instead he showed me and said go and look. I showed him the picture, He said "I cannot help seeing the picture, bring the item"

Home Depot Milltown has always delivered and always has any item I needed

No longer wait on phone, I was able to get through hardware associate after first ring, compared to other location where no one bother to pick up the phone

Aways find what I want or have a employee show where I can find a better choice

Even the community I go in this store and America breath is in place no like no problem, you know what you have to get and people are just happy to let you know

This store was clean and neat. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I will visit this store again. I live by the Old Bridge II #957 store and they are horrible. You can not find anyone. Not friendly or helpful either.

Everyone at the service really do engage with customers and make sure things are right.

Store has products in stock that match the stock showing on the web page when looking for something. Employees went above and beyond during my purchase to help me find the product I was looking for and held it for me until I arrived at the store. Made me feel welcome in the store and were friendly and courteous during my time in the store. Would highly recommend this store over other Home Depots in my area. Have visited this store in the past and always found what I was looking for while other Home Depots did not. This store should receive special recognition for what they do and the employees that work there. Thank you Bill K. and the Milltown Home Depot for making my shopping experience what it was. Will shop this Home Depot again!

Well stocked store, friendly, helpful and patient employees. Been going to this location over 25 years, never once had an issue, always was helped when needed. This last time (today) I was helped exceptionally during an emergency that occurred with my plumbing. I needed parts, I was given parts that I didn't know existed with great advice and I got the job done quickly and the correct way. Thank you Home Depot of Milltown!!!

GREAT STORE AND I FOUND OUT THAT LOCATION STAYED OPEN FOR A TRUCK OF GENERATORS TO COME IN DURING HURRICANE SANDY TO SELL TO CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY WERE NEEDED THE STAFF WAS GREAT AT A TIME OF NEED.

We would just like to leave a nice review about Billy the Online expert. Our transaction is only worth $20. Home Depot will definitely survive without our purchase but Billy helped us, did what he can do to get us the products that is only available online. Took us some time but you can tell he is willing to help.

Whether I go shopping for my contracting business of for my personal home, I rarely can not find the products I came to purchase. I shop the Milltown often and will continue to do so.

Milltown Store had neat Husky storage type packs--cases--tool boxes - neat canvas Husky Types nto seen in all local stores. I want the trunk area of my new Camry to look neat so I found such items at Home Depot. Did not see anything at a large store next door

The store was clean and the product I came to purchase was in stock. The employees were helpful in getting a product down from the rafters and had it down within a reasonable amount of time. Checkout was quick.

Generally the store has items I want - but I think since many local hardware and plumbing stores are closing - that Home Depot should look into some other grade items - less of the Made in China for quality. Also, I've been looking in Milltown for a neat desk type storage for garage and basement - a couple of times the past two years the Milltown Store only had the Gray 3 drawer unit. Many people like to buy such storage units rather than open shelf for neatness. The problem is all over at many box stores and large department stores - mostly open shelve racks or storage cabinets to tall, and the other shorter ones (with doors) look bad because the doors hang down not level with the other doors. I think the first box store that starts stocking neater units will surpass the competition - we need other colors like green or beige...people want neatness - some may need for use in a semi finished basement, and they don't want that old warehouse look - and people want to rid themselves of the old vertical wooden dressers - but want better sturdier eye appealing units that are not to tall. . Can't find this range of storage dressers for years at any location in Central NJ. Also, is hard to find online as can't see quality. To much made in China stuff...and most vertical storage with doors (many want just 4 feet or so) looks so sad with flimsy door fit with one door lower than the other...sagging. The Injection Molding Companies that make storage units are color blind like the car OEMs with all the white, gray/silver, and black which do not look nice in a garage or semi finished basement We encourage you to review our guidelines and resubmit your review on #0918 Milltown.

Friendly and inviting staff - very accommodating and kind

This store always has had the products that I needed. The sales people give good advise and are very friendly. The classes are helpful and the prices are reasonable. A pleasure doing business here.

Kelly our return specialist did an awesome job. She made sure to look up or items on our debit card and not having to just receive store credit. Very efficient!

The lighting in there needs to be brighter

Best Home Depot around. Aside from not having enough rug runners to sell. Rug sets. Lol and need boxes of peel Amd stick floors. Boxes torn and not enough of same pattern.
