The employees and items stocked are extremely top notch. Every time I go to the store it is very busy and I also get asked if I need assistance with anything.

Products were easy to find

Clerks are always friendly. Store very clean. Was not able to find replacement part you still show but was out of stock, but cs person did try to find for me.

Worst service ever only reason at this store cuz itthe closest to My home. Waitting over an hour for an appliance that the have in stock to be brought out for loading.asked for refund

Not well stocked in some departments. Boxes in isles. Items that do not belong in that department. Not friendly in some departments. I had to give it a star because I did not have a choice not to give any.

Overall, the staff are not available to help. If you come across one, they tell you they do not work in that department and that they will call for someone and that someone never arrives so you look for the item yourself. :( Very disorganized. Not well stocked. I had to give a star cause there are no options not to give any.

Love to shop here. Unfortunately not for wood. It is too expensive. On the plus side, Not to many people in the store. In and out real quick with no delays.

Great customer service. Especially cashier Maria S. She went above and beyond.

Friendly staff and easy checkout

Rude employees. Many do not want to help, those that help do so begrudgingly. If you can’t find something on your own on the shelf with your phone, then go somewhere else. Don’t expect help from anyone here. This isn’t a review from one experience in this store but a constant issue almost every other visit. A few amount in specific departments (paint and plumbing) will gladly help and advise you. The vast majority can’t be bothered to offer any assistance. “We don’t carry it” will be their response when asked for an item their online inventory says it’s on hand.

We have shopped different Home Depot stores in many states - it is always a joke how the employees turn away from you if you are walking towards them. This stores employees ACTUALLY approached us to see if we needed assistance - how refreshing!!

THE CASHIER, I BELIEVE HER NAME IS/WAS DELTA, SHES A SKINNY GIRL WITH PIXIE CUT HAIR (SUPER SHORT) WEARING GLASSES. SHE WAS RUDE NOT ONLY TO ME BUT THE THE GENTLEMAN SHE WAS HELPING BEFORE ME. SHE WAS YELLING AT HIM AND MAKING FACES AND WHILE HE WAS TURNING AWAY. I TRIED TO SEE IF THERE WERE MORE CASHIERS HELPING WITH THE LINE BUT SHE YELLED AT ME TO MOVE BACK. I MOVED AND DIDNT SAY ANYTHING BUT THINGS GOT WORST AS SHE KEPT YELLING AND RAISING HER VOICE AT ME THE GENTLEMAN LEFT AND THEN SHE JUST YELLED AND SAID I WILL BE RIGHT THERE WITH YOU,SHE ROLLED HER EYES AND WAS MAKING FACES AS IF SHE WAS UPSET OR MAD. WHEN IT WAS MY TURN I ASKED HER IF SHE WAS OK, THAT THERE WAS NO NEED TO SCREAM AT ME AS I COULD HEAR HER, AND SHE SAID THAT SHE WAS FINE, BUT SHE GOT MAD AND AS I WAS ASKING HER WHY IS SHE SCREAMING AT ME, THAT I AM RIGHT THERE AND I HEAR HER CLEAR, SHE DIDNT LET ME TALK, SHE WAS TALKING BACK TO ME AND ROLLING HER EYE. i TOLD HER I AM DOING GOOD AND THAT THERE IS NO NEED TO SCREAM OR I'LL HAVE TO DO THE SAME, SHE TURNED AROUND AND KEPT ROLLING HER EYES SHE WAS MAD AND UPSET, THE OTHER PERSON SHE HELPED, THE CASHIER WAS GIVING HIM A HARD TIME, HE HAD A RECEIPT BUT SHE WAS NOT GIVING AN ALTERNATIVE WAY TO HELP

Great prices and everything you’ll need! Just stay away from cashier “Young” She is the Worst! Rude, So slow and screamed at me!! Had to call a manager and then she screamed at her too!!!

store has great hours of operation they start at 6 am which is great if you want to get something done early
