This store is great. I've been there maybe 10 times over the last couple of months for various things. The times I've needed help their staff was always handy and helpful. The times I didn't need help I got in and out real quick. The cashiers have been friendly. One time I had a return and there was no problem. Another time I needed to exchange- I wanted a self propelled lawnmower and for whatever reason got the model that wasn't self propelled. That mess up was on me, still an easy exchange. The prices aren't bad. In full disclosure I split my shopping between a few places. I'd give 5 stars to those places also. However, Home Depot is the one that carries the Ego line. I've gotten a battery powered blower, hedge trimmer, lawnmower, chainsaw, and weed trimmer from em. To me those beat the gas versions of the same machines. No mixing gas, no (or very little) maintenance, no fumes, and a lot less noise. I'll take it.

when I marked that I may or may not shop at this store it was because I live in Fenton,MI and have one closer to me there. I stopped at this Homedepot because it was on my way up north

A very clean store with very friendly employee's and everything you would need for your house or yard (except food) . Very helpful employee's with the knowledge of the product they sell.

The Mundy Township Home Depot Store is clean and employees friendly and helpful. We needed a long list of items for various Spring home projects and every single employee we asked questions to either pointed us in the right direction or personally took us to location to find exactly what we needed. Thanks to all that helped us save time and $$!! I only wish we would have remembered their names!

Everyone was GREAT,and they went over and above what I was expecting.

My biggest concern is that employees go out of their way to avoid contact with customers. A few knowledgable employees do the majority of customer interaction. Most rush by and gather over by the bathroom leaning on the wall.

It’s my favorite Home Depot I wish it had equipment rental the the Corunna road location is only an extra 1.3 miles

I have been using this store regurally since it has opened. I find the employees knowledgeable and friendly. I have know some for a long time and seek them when I have questions or help when I need it.

The shopping experience at this Home Depot is different from other Home Depot stores. They excell at customer service, from the moment you walk through the door. They take you to the product, inquire to make sure there isn't something better for your job and seem to be happy to help. We drive a little further to go to this particular store because of the employees.

We had a very nice experience the entire time shopping there, from the greeter being friendly and using humor to the paint specialist who assisted us in the correct materials we needed to even being asked if we found everything alright on our way to the checkout. My friend and I are female and really didn't know what her boyfriend needed for the job and they helped us make those decisions.

Awesome store just wish it was open later than 10pm for emergencies!

I wish my local Home Depot store had the customer service and friendly employees this store has. It is clean and well stocked and the employees are busy but always checking to see if you have a need.

If you shop at Home Depot, THIS is the store to go to. EVERY employee we pasted greeted us, with smiles, and asked if we needed help. The store is super clean ( for a hardware store ). It's always stocked with product . Service is outstanding and people are treated fantastically . Makes me wonder why and how the Court street location stays open. My wife and I will not shop at Court Street .

I think the store is great, however they don't have enough staff to attend to checkout and depend on self checkout, which is totally unexceptionable for such a large chain.

Best store in Geneese county. Every employee is great and helpful. I've taken my daughter there every Saturday for the workshops and she loves them. Thank you to everyone who helps make them possible.

Been a little hit and miss on customer service lately. it’s a good thing I know the store or I would never know where to find what I was looking for.
