Great customer service!

This Home Depot has the most helpful, friendliest, nicest, hardworking employees,! They always greet me with a smile, they know my name, and they always go the extra mile in helping you find what you need. Even the manager Sean, if the associate is busy he steps right in and help you no matter what you need. I shop this store all the time and really enjoy shopping this location.

A mess of errors when trying to purchase a door and when speaking with the Assistant Manager, I was not even given an apology, but rather was met with his annoyance at having to address the problem. This store is a disappointment.

I went to this store looking for light fixtures that another store was out of. I asked an associate who didn't even work in lighting, and she jumped right into action. She found that they had two so then grabbed someone in lighting to figure out where they were. He discovered they were on a pallet in receiving. The two of them went to the back, climbing over another pallet, to get the fixture I needed. Definitely above and beyond what I've seen in other stores!!

Overall the best store. Most knowledgeable and helpful staff of any other HD store I've been to. Hell I needed my old work car jumped in the parking lot one day, and management quickly made sure they could find someone to help. Good place to get products.

The store is always clean and Juana is the best employee she is always happy and friendly and ready to help! We love seeing her

I called Dillon yesterday about a grill assembly we were promised a week ago. After calling for what was the third time with little to no explanation as to why the grill wasn’t assembled, Dillion was very knowledgeable and gave us answers. When we went back to the store he gave us a generous store credit and we were able to have a definite understanding on when our grill would be assembled. Thanks Dillon!!

Was forced to use these stupid machines. Will not patronize this location any more since they can't have cashiers and customer service.

Had a good experience with store employees assisting while we were looking for a dishwasher, staff was very friendly, courteous and efficient, interested in providing answers to questions and making suggestions.

Still nice selection of plants and flowers in the garden section for this point in the summer and they seem to be healthy. No deep discounts.

At self checkout you will get approached as if you were being chased. We experienced an aggressive and unprofessional worker. We were not greeted with “ good morning “ or anything of a positive or kind greeting.

The Kitchen Designer at this location is AMAZING! Cynthia was great to work with. She listened to what we wanted, gave us great feedback and ideas, came up with a great design, AND respected our budget. Highly recommend!

Employees are always willing to help locate items and give guidance when needed, The lumber area is always very helpful when I need something precut. I was recently able to purchase a new sink faucet to replace and old one on clearance for an exceptional price due to the help of an employee.
