Very satisfaction

Poor selection of samples of Pergo Outlast+ laminate floor. There should be a panel, of each, at least 1'x2' available at the department desk so customers can see what the floor will look like. As it is now, the only way to see the floor is online where monitors can cause considerable difference in appearances. I need to match the Pergo with existing floor tile; very difficult to do from a computer monitor. In addition, there were very few samples, of any of the Outlast+, and those were all mixed up. If you want me to spend a thousand dollars on flooring, there should be a large panel to view. I realize that most of the Outlast+ are special order, but a representative sample of each offering should be available in each store to facilitate special orders. Thanks

The store is a good store but for Home Depot, they are trying to rip people off. They items they sell are good but when it comes to the tools, they do not even stock the recommended tools. The only thing they have is about four times as expensive. They need to stock the recommended tools and in a quality, economic brand and model.

This is great store to shop at for all of you home improvement products, the associates goes beyond and above to ensure you get the very best service and the store is very shopper friendly.

tried to buy items that I found out at store was online sale. Tried to order online in store and just take the items home. Only one problem, the website only had the option to have the product shipped to my home or to the store. Even though the website stated item available in the store. It was on my cart. I tried to get the manager and they were called but didn't show. after ten minutes I put the products back and left. Now corporate is to blame for the website mistake but the manager could have resolve it easily. I will never shop this Home Depot again.

Worse Customer service Ever From Tony at the pro Desk!!! I normally send my Guys to Home depot because of how good they treat my Guys at the Pro desk, Unfortunatelly every time Tony helps my Guys or my asssistant on the phone, everything goes wrong and our shopping experience turns Sour! He Lacks Professionalism! Always in a bad Mood! Never corteous to Customer! He never talks to you in a nice way! He does not like to follow instructions on the phone! He treats customers bad even though WE MAKE HIS JOB POSSIBLE ! Very Disapointed Home Depot!

Friendly employee will help u but it takes a while other know what there doing it here don't .. bit they will as much as they can .. unroll u find the right person to help u out and know what there doing otherwise everything else is good

Marty in Hardware was very nice and helpful. Our door lock broke and I had no idea where to find a replacement. He walked me over to isle #21 and told me that the Schlage deadbolt was the preferred brand with locksmith's. He said that Quickset was another popular brand. He even looked through all the deadbolts to find me the exact same color match that I had at home. Bless his heart for going above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. You can tell that he loves his job by the way he treats his customers. He is an asset to your establishment. Thank you for hiring such an exemplary employee as Marty.

I love this for the many Employees and a couple Managers that I have dealt with very helpful polite and understanding!!

Mike the manager in garden supplies was extremely helpful in my purchase and went out of his way to make my shopping trip rewarding and pleasant! He's an asset to Home Depot and knows how to treat customers to get them to come back and shop! Since I dislike shopping, if I had the pleasure to deal with Mike then shopping would be a fun endeavor.

The employees are always helpful and friendly at this store. Rather than searching the aisles, I am more prone to ask the location of an item now due to the helpfulness of the employees.

Great store with helpful people through out the store.

I spent over $6,400 on house appliances and one of the first two were damaged. It's been a week and we still can't wash our clothes because they took the washer back. We have not heard a word from anyone about when we'll get another one. I'm seriously thinking about getting my money back

The lady at the self serve check out is AWESOME folks. She's a pretty blonde woman with a nice attitude and she looks like she loves people.

The Home Depot No. 3307 North Las Vegas has been my "Do it yourself" store for a few years. The location is great for me, and I normally find in stock everything I need for Home Improvement, from Garden supplies to Appliances. Your hours work well for me also, and I particularly appreciate the fact that I can get a cup of coffee there, when I need it. I feel that your prices are fair for most things. Your Refrigerators are a little high, if I may say so. But, I guess those are the prices. Thank you for being my store of choice.

Best place in town. And has to 95% everything in stock.and if not with in one or two days you are good to go. Great service very friendly. They do a great job there.

Cashier and store help directed me to exactly what I needed and answered my questions that helped me to decide which product would serve my needs the best.

Jan (book keeping came to help while waiting for AL) and Al (lumber) gave me the best customer service I have ever received at a store of this kind. Highly recommend this location
